Being the HUGE fan of Amanda Tapping and Sanctuary that I am I'm hugely excited to hear that the 3rd series started filming on the 15th of March.

love sanctuary. cant wait for it to come back
I like the premise of the show and its story lines enough to continue watching. I hope that they develop story arcs instead of just being episode oriented. When we look at the fans that Lost has, or even the following that Babylon 5 had indicating the interest in long intricate story arcs, I wonder why the writers don't build stories like that in more series. I would like to see if they could possibly have Adrian Paul in one of the episodes; it would be interesting just as having Wingfield and Jim Byrnes. Maybe Roger Daltrey would be interested in joining an episode.
I would like to know if Stargate Atlantis star JOE FLANIGAN will be joining the cast as a regular member of Sanctuary?
I've not heard that Joe will become a regular. I don't believe Sanctuary is strong enough to add another relatively "hi-profile" sci-fi actor to the main cast either. Money reasons being the primary concern (Sanctuary uses mass amounts of CGI to keep costs down as well as be different to other set-based shows). Plus he'd probably overshadow Amanda and we wouldn't want that now would we? ;)

It would be nice to have Ashley (Emilie Ullerup) come back and grow the character stories deeper... I could do without Kate.
First of all... it would be very hard for anyone to overshadow Amanda Tapping! Season 3 will be fantastic... it apparently delves into the earlier years of Helen's life and we meet people from history including more of Jonathon Young! (Gotta love him!!) BRING ON SEASON 3!!
i want to see more of druitt's and magnus's relationship in series 3. especially after the revalation about them in series 2
I think it's a shame that they killed off Ashley.... While Kate has grown on me, I thought Ashley was awesome....
Definately would like to see Ashley back and Kate go away. I think Ashley was one of the most interesting characters and they made a big mistake removing her. To me the show lost a lot doing that, and Kate just doesn't match up.
As Sanctuary progress's to season 3 I would like to see if they find a way to get back Helen's daughter Ashley,John Driutt's problem with the inner being as we found out was not him doing the evil stuff find a way to release it from him too !!
I was wondering if she was the first daughter she had or was there twins,triples even,and she froze the others for a reason being one wouldn't make it another would be next.Ashley being the last she broke down.
What if Will's mother was Helen's daughter meaning he is her grandson.
Heh, not where they are going with that relationship. There have more than a couple of episodes that have built the tension between Will and Magnus and flipping that relationship to familial would be a bit more than creepy.
No I think that leaving the relationship between Will and Magus on a friend/work basis is a better idea. On TV there are too many main characters relationships that are turning romantic and most of those are just not needed. Its a breath of fresh air to see something different than the average relationship on TV.
I to would like to see ashley back but i like kate also so i wouldn't say lose her. I hope will gets the spider back and can control big bertha and also allow him to life for a couple of hundred years or so. Also bringing ashley back got spark up the fire between will and her and also a battle of feelings for him with kate and ashleys. it would be a good three way love drama. you since ashley would hopefully still have some powers and all. I just hope they get season 3 going i cant wait. Lets wish for a good 10 year run like stargate.
I really think there should be more Jonathan Young cause you gotta agree hes pretty funny. THey also need to put more of a story line in the show. They also need to fix Druitt and find a way to bring back Ashley or have Magnus suddenly bring up some other child that she froze. One other thing they need to do is have an episode where you clearly see Henry go full on werewolf o rat least explain how he became one. I want Will to find out what kind of abnormal killed his mom. i thought they wizzed by that fact too quick. LONG LIVE SANCTUARY! : )
I Knew about Sanctuary when It first came out but never had the time to sit down and watch it because I was always working lol. I recently got xbox live and got netflicks.
My bestfriend thought I would like it a lot considering I have always been into creature features. I started watching from the first show and I was hooked, so much so I couldn't stop watching it. I went through season one and two in two days lol. It's the most creative show I have seen thus far. I do wish they had brought back Ashley with all the powers she had gotten without the unstopable part of her. She was the best cast member. Although Kate has grown on me as well.
I didn't even know season 3 hasn't came out yet, I was so disappointed lol. Now I am more excited now that I am up to date with the show. And I do have to say that Robin Dunne,and Ryan Robbins are two major HOTTIES! lol especialy Ryan Robbins so hot. Can't wait for the new season to start.
love to hear about the new series. i want to see more disaster episodes, episodes where they are in real danger and have to fight for survival
I want Will to have more to do with Big Bertha, and I don't think bringing ashley back will be a good idea, the stroy line for the bringing her back would be a vary hard sell, and more of Henry!!!

...well counting that the em shield was up with both ashley and druid teleporting that would mean that they were either turned to ash or charred bodies inside some wall
I would like to see more of the existing abnormals played up. There are just glimpses of several of them at the beginning of the show. Would like to see more of them, where they came from and how they they got to the Sanctuary. I especially like the "Big Guy" or "Bigfoot"? He needs to have an official name, or where did he come from and why is he now an outcast.
i would love to see more of Henry's character i think there can be alot more added and alot of unanswered questions like where he came from. i think he is very cute and i cant wait for them to develop more of his character. :)
i really like the show and i hope soooooo much that tesla will become a vampyr again. i really like the character a lot. so funny and honest.;)

I was never really able to get into Stargate, but Sanctuary is my addiction and I am dying for it to be back. As for the comments that it should be less episode based, I don't think it needs to be "arc"ified. I think it's fine as it is. Comparing it to Babylon 5...which was also a genius show, well, that entire 5 season storyline was written before the show ever started. Babylon 5 can't be compared in that way to most television programs today.
Okay, get ready! The season premiere of Sanctuary is October 15, 2010 on Friday night! Woohoo! The SyFy channel finally started showing the preview. Can't wait!

Okay, did everybody get their Sanctuary fix Fri night on SyFy? I was a little bit disappointed, but they did have to finish up w/ the tidal wave. Can't wait to see more that has been shown in the previews.
