Potential Lost Season 6 Plot Spoiler Given Away In Flash Forward?

***SPOILER AHEAD***

Ok so this isn't exactly a new spoiler, seeing as every website and blog has theorised the same thing since the last scene of Lost season 5 aired, but it seems that Oceanic Airlines - Flight 815 (the flight on which all the main characters of Lost crashed landed on the island) may actually touch down perfectly in LA with all the Lost cast intact when time resets itself in the 6th season premiere next year.

How do we know that, or why do we think that? Well here's the thing - Did you watch the first episode of Flash Forward? If you did you may well have seen (or more likely missed) a billboard in the background where it states that Oceanic Airlines has a "perfect safety record".

So the writers are now leaving Lost clues in another series? Who didn't see that coming at some stage! The point of the excitement for fans is that if Oceanic have a perfect safety record then flight 815 never crashed... and the island survivors never got to the island. Jack's (or should we say Juliet's) triggering of the bomb looks to have reset time after all. But then again, are the creators playing games? Misdirection?

Hmmmm... Look out for more clues, if there are any, in future episodes!!!

Flash Forward

Having seen the first episode of FLASH FOWARD I can safely say that it looks totally cool...............all the mystery of classic LOST episodes, hints of JERICHO related end-of-the-world disaster, and an awesome cast help carry the mysterious 2 minute planet wide blackout story along an intriguing path.

This looks to be heading for the mantle of the new LOST. I can't wait for the rest of the series.

Jennifer's Body

Well from the first few reviews that I've read JENNIFERS BODY is apparently nowt but shite!!! Sanctuary Season 2 News

The following is taken verbatim from scifiwire.com:

The new season of Syfy's hit Sanctuary promises many more non-human creatures, more creature-based explanations for history's biggest events and a peek into the future of all the characters in a time-travel episode.

Producers also plan to jump on the vampire craze, will include more historic characters and will offer fantastical explanations for everyday creatures. They will also reveal the existence of other sanctuaries located around the world.

Separate interviews with executive producers Damian Kindler, Martin Wood and Amanda Tapping, who co-stars with Robin Dunne, revealed the season-two secrets. Sanctuary returns Oct. 9 and will air Fridays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

"We start the season off six weeks after the cliffhanger of last season," Kindler said. "It's a big opening, it's a shocker, and then the third episode will bring tears to people's eyes, and we have the end to season two that will be even more of a cliffhanger. It will literally be hell."

Kindler said one of his favorite upcoming episodes involves time travel into the future of the lives of each of the characters. "Maybe that's not something I'm supposed to tell you," he said.

Wood, who also directs several episodes, elaborated. "Maybe one of the abnormals we meet may be able to read people's futures, not their pasts," he said. "Time travel is certainly a part of it. Dr. Magnus [Tapping] has lived a very long time, and we can move around in her history and the famous people she came in contact with." Magnus just turned 158 years old.

"We knew we would have to push the line with our imaginations, and we have some pretty big imaginations on this show," Wood said. "We're going with bigger and bigger effects."

More creatures will come up. "We have to be careful to show what makes these abnormal," Wood says. "If it's a unicorn, what makes that abnormal? We talk about a fish—and it's not a dolphin—that we show has more intelligence than we once thought. You won't ever look at that the same way, and you won't ever eat calamari again, if you know what I mean."

Sanctuary has already introduced vampires in the form of real-life historical figure Nikola Tesla. "Yes, we have our vampires, but we're doing that in one show," Wood admitted. Tesla is played by Jonathon Young, who also played the character in a one-man show. "We show the genius of Tesla, a real historic figure, and vampires and put our own spin on it," Wood said. "There will be much more of Tesla in season two."

Tapping said she would have loved to meet strong female characters in history, such as Dorothy Parker, Amelia Earhart and Mae West. In storylines she has mentioned Winston Churchill, J. Edgar Hoover and, no doubt, the Kennedys. "She really got around," the actress said of her character.

The first season established that many of the world's mysteries were caused by abnormals. "We were a little clunky in the first season to show that these well-known myths were explained by abnormals," Wood said, adding: "People like our revisionist history. We can explain that the Nazis were like monsters because the Nazis actually were monsters."

Tapping is involved with the writing of her character, but she doesn't always win. The backstory of Dr. Magnus that she wanted to see in season one will be moved to a subsequent season.

"Amanda will tell me if I write that her character is not forceful enough to another character, and she'll say if she's a bit too much of a hardcore bitch on a character," Kindler said. "Most of the time, I agree. She knows the genre."

Resident Evil: Afterlife - More Casting News

3 more actors have been confirmed for the upcoming 4th installment of the Resident Evil movie franchise.

Ali Larter will be reprising her role from Extinction as Claire Redfield, The Surrogates actor Boris Kodjoe will play the leader of a group of survivors in LA that Alice comes across and Prison Break's Wentworth Miller is now on board as well.

News about the film has been scarce but Kodjoe said on his Twitter page:

"I play the leader of the survivors in LA. Milla Jovovich’s character, Alice, is roaming the world looking for survivors and she’s wound up in LA, which has been burning for three years. She comes across an LA jail surrounded be these half-dead, uhh… Zombies?

Yeah, they’re those monsters, what are they called? Anyway, she comes across the jail and there’s a couple of survivors and she lands on top of the roof and partners up with me to fight the guys that are coming after them. We’re trying to get all of the survivors out of the jail to safety. We’re starting next week, actually".

After watching the previous installments recently I'm actually looking forward to this a little more. It'll probably be cack, but hey, it's Milla Jovovich kicking zombie ass and looking hot doing so, so who am I to judge?

Tooth Fairy - WTF Is The Rock Doing?

I don't understand why Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is lowering himself to levels like this new 20th Century Fox movie "Tooth Fairy".

I love The Rock as an actor. Every action orientated movie I've seen him in has been cool and his unique fighting style and method of acting makes him extremely watchable. Some would disagree I'm sure, but then when you see him doing movies like Race to Witch Mountain and this Tooth Fairy, you wonder whether he's getting a really big paycheck or simply can't find work anymore.

I understand that action movies aren't the only ones out there and that he may well actually choose to do these family films but his gene pool is built for big explosive action. I mean can you honestly tell me that Arnie was better in Twins and Junior than in any of his kick ass flicks like Predator, Terminator 2, Conan or even True Lies, or that Sly's Throw Momma from the train was better than the Rocky or Rambo ones? No, they weren't.

Just my say on the matter, but I wish Mr. Johnson would stick to the testosterone filled movies. ;(

The Book Of Eli - New Kickass Trailer

I know nothing about the history behind this movie... All I know if the fact that there's a book (or at least part of a larger book) called "the book of Eli" that Denzel Washington is trying to protect from the decrepit remnants of a post nuclear Earth.

The cast includes Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis, Michael Gambon, Ray Stevenson, and Tom Waits... and Denzel looks like he's kicking some serious ass!

Here's the newest trailer:

Comic Movie News...

There's been a lot of comic book movie news over the last week or so, so here are the highlights for your reading pleasure!

THOR

Jaimie Alexander and Colm Feore have been added to the cast of Marvel's upcoming movie THOR. Miss Alexander will be playing the role of "Sif" (a fierce Asgardian warrior and one of Thor's love interests, a role we thought Natalie Portman would be playing originally) and Colm Feore will be playing an unknown villain.

Now the real interesting this here is that Colm Feore (know for many roles including the main antagonist "Lord Marshal" in The Chronicles of Riddick) has been chosen to play a role so secretive at this point that the studios aren't even giving the information to the cast, or placing his name in the scripts yet. Could this mean that he's a high profile villain that is important to a future Marvel movie? Say The Avengers or Captain America? Do we think that if he isn't just some random bad guy that he could be the villain that bridges Thor and The avengers, bringing Thor to Earth after his Asgard exploits? Could he be a villain the Internet seems to be hoping for? The RED SKULL?

Well, even if it is just a random rumour by comic fanboys, you can't deny that if you painted Colm's face red you'd be halfway there for the character. His facial bone structure alone would suit the role! We'll see. He'll probably just be some random Asgardian/ human bad guy now and all hopes for someone as big as Red Skull will be lost... Can you think of someone else he could play? Either from Thor's back catalogue of villains, or the whole of Marvel's?

The Incredible Hulk

OK, so not exactly news as such, but Edward Norton was interviewed by MTV recently and said that he is hoping that the Hulk will be the big bad guy the Avengers have to battle in the upcoming movie.

"In the comics, there was always a tension between the rest of the superhero community and he was always this problem... They treated him as this problem," said Norton"

Norton said he could definitely see the Hulk character becoming something that the rest of Marvel's superheroes joined forces to battle. After all, Hulk's never been shy about telling the world he's "the strongest there is."

"I think that's a fun way to go with it," said Norton.

Ghost Rider 2

Although the thought of a second Ghost Rider movie scares the living hell out of film fans (if you didn't know, the first movie pretty much sucked) there is talk of the second movie being written by David "Dark Knight" Goyer. Nicholas Cage is still set for the main role of Johnny Blaze but it looks like there's a more positive attitude towards the sequel now that some serious writing power has ended up behind it. It's a shame that this didn't happen for the first movie as it could have been great, but Marvel are obviously spitting out movies left, right and center and believe a second GR movie will make money... Well, it is their money after all!

Venom

Sony have confirmed that their Spider-Man 3 spin off movie "Venom" is now moving forward, regardless of the fact that both Eddie Brock and the Venom symbiote died at the end of the 3rd Spidey movie. Zombieland co-writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have turned in two drafts for the movie and Sony are now looking to start production, but no news as to when.

I'm not at all interested in this movie and Venom's appearance in Spidey 3 was absolutely terrible... TERRIBLE! More news as it's released.

Daredevil

It seems that The Fantastic Four isn't the only Marvel movie getting a complete overhaul for its next outing. Empireonline.com has stated that the studio are quietly developing a new version/ reboot of Daredevil to fit in with their newer movies such as Iron Man etc. No news on whether Ben Affleck will return (but then why would he if it's a new version/ reboot?) and no other news at all to do with the movie, but again it's not one I'm at all interested in!

Green Lantern

One of the most anticipated DC movies to have been announced has had some minor news updates recently. A casting call went out for Carol Ferris, Dr. Hector Hammond, Sinestro and Abin Sur. On top of those characters now being confirmed artist Rob Liefield said in an interview with Nukethefridge that he has seen the script and can tell us that Kilowog is also in there and at least a third of the film is based on OA, the home planet of the Guardians of the Universe and the Green Lanten Corp.

I think that news isn't really news at all as these characters and the location are pretty obvious additions to a Green Lantern movie, but it's nice to have them confirmed nonetheless.

Spawn

Todd McFarlane wants another Spawn movie asap and we've all known for a while that this has been on the cards, but one thing I didn't know was that he wants to make the film more of a detective noir movie with Spawn hiding in the shadows, shying away from the big budget colourful action movie released previously.

McFarlane says: "The reason I want to go small with it is that it's a completely R-rated movie," said McFarlane. "If I sell it up big, studios want that PG-13."

"They're a little bit gun-shy with Watchmen not doing the numbers they'd like," he explained. "But I've met people who make $5 million dollar movies for a living, and they walk around with the biggest grins on their faces."

"If i take the offer of the big studios with the big budgets and big production values, that's all nice and you have a better chance of getting a big star, and it works for them commercially, but as I get older, it's sort of less interesting to me," he said.

Another one I don't really care for!

Silver Surfer

Another "on the quiet" production from Marvel studios is "Silver Surfer" who's supposedly getting his own movie after appearing in the Fantastic Four sequel in 2007. No news has been released so no one is sure if Doug Jones or Laurence Fishburne will reprise their roles as the Surfer's body and voice, although Jone's contract does allow for two future appearance's. I would hope though that this movie would be a prequel, showing his origin, rather than a FF spin off sequel. And that the audience doesn't get shafted with another useless version of Galactus. We want the original devourer of worlds dammit!

Deadman

DC comics' Deadman is yet another comic character being brought to the big screen in the not too distant future. This is pretty old news but I've only just come across it. Guillermo Del Toro is set to produce and the rumour is that Del Toro had selected Danish filmmaker Nikolaj Arcel to direct, although this has been debunked since.

Wonder Woman, Flash and Shazam (Captain Marvel)

Unfortunately since the recent creation of DC Entertainment the news is that Wonder Woman, Flash and Shazam have been cancelled with no intent for any future individual projects featuring these characters. There is hope for the live action Justice League movie again though so you might be seeing at least two out these three on the big screen, just not by themselves.

Ant-Man

After the initial news that Shaun of the Dead director Edgar Wright was attached to direct an Ant-Man movie it seems that recently, when Disney bought out Marvel, there was a vested interest by Pixar to take over the reigns and turn the tiny hero into a CGI movie instead. I'll admit that this does seem pretty cool, but will it be too cutesy and funny? If you've ever read Robert Kirkman's Irredeemable Ant-Man comics you'll know that this is the way to go, rather than sticking to Hank Pym's character from the Avengers...

Heroes Season 4 (Volume 5) Premiere & Warehouse 13 Season 1 Finale - Thoughts (No Spoilers)

Right then, first of all I'm not going to give away any plot spoilers here as I believe both the season 4 (volume 5) opener for Heroes and the finale of Warehouse 13's season 1 need to be seen by you before I ruin anything.

First up is Heroes:

OH DEAR GOD... What the hell has happened to this once great series? I was obsessed with Heroes when it first aired. The writing was great, the characters were likable, the powers were cool and it was a programme that me and the missus would sit down and watch every week with a child-like enthusiasm because we had such faith in it. Even when things started to go downhill I played Devil's advocate and told everyone "don't worry, it'll get better", but now that I've watched the new season premiere I'm afraid my faith hasn't been rewarded at all. In fact about 75% of the way through the two-parter I actually said out loud to the missus "God I'm bored". Not a good sign at all from a geek like me.

I really do have hopes that this new season picks up and actually goes somewhere, but if that episode is anything to go by we really are screwed. I always seem to liken Heroes to Lost. People gave up on Lost during or after season 2 and didn't go back, but they were wrong to decide that. Lost picked itself back up and became an absolute must-watch bit of sci-fi T.V. and the upcoming last season has to be one of the most eagerly awaited returns in T.V. history. Heroes however hasn't got better. It seems as though the creators and writers just ran out of ideas even though the series had the money to continue. It doesn't have the flair or the edge it once had and that's a damned shame. I'll still watch the whole season, but I will do so without any expectations!

Now Warehouse 13:

Warehouse 13 is a record breaking sci-fi T.V. show. It was a little difficult to agree with that fact from the first episode of season 1 (don't get me wrong, I liked it a lot) but as the season went on, and more and more sci-fi show alumni actors appeared, it grew into something quite special. The two main characters are great and their chemistry and fun acting is spot on, the supporting characters are very likable, and the "artifact of the week" style of storyline isn't boring.

The finale is explosive and pretty shocking to say the least and with a major twist in the last few minutes you will not want to miss season 2. This is a new series I've grown to love, just like Fringe, and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Damage - Movie Trailer (Stone Cold Steve Austin)

OK, so the film looks pretty crap if we're being honest here, but hell it's WWE's very own Stone Cold Steve Austin kicking ass again in a low budget slug fest movie!

One of my favourite wrestlers when I was younger, you always felt that Austin wasn't acting when he took to the stage. A hard nut who you wouldn't want to meet down a dark alley and someone you can believe would do this kind or stuff in real life, given the chance.

Damage is a 2010 action film written by Frank Hannah and directed by Jeff King. The film is a hard-edged, bare-knuckles fight film that focuses on the tough choices people make in times of recession. The movie also stars Walton Goggins (The Sheild), the Supergirl hotness that is Laura Vandervort (Smallville) and Donnelly Rhodes (Battlestar Gallactica). Most of the fighters featured in the various scenes throughout the movie are real to add to the authenticity of the action!

Fringe - Season 2

Oh how I'm glad it's that season again. All the new series' are starting up and old shows are having their next series run.

One of my favourite's, Fringe, was on last week in the US and was a real corker. I'm a total glutton for this show. I love the characters, I love the science (albeit unbelievable "Fringe" science) and I love the fact that it's back for a second season...

Look out for a big twist at the end of episode one (as if you couldn't see that coming a mile off), a small part for Luke Goss and John Noble and co being on fine form as always.

Fringe season 2 airs in the UK on Sky One at 10pm on Sunday the 4th of October. Don't miss it!

Astro Boy - New Clip: Escape From Metro City

Looking more and more like a kids film, rather than catering for the fans of the original Astro Boy, this clip features a chase scene with some (supposed) humour. I'm sure my daughters will like this, I'm pretty sure I will too, but it's less impressive after watching this clip than before...

Megan Fox - Still Number One...

My number one at least, next to women like Cheryl Cole, Angelina Jolie, Audrina Partridge and Marisa Miller, to name but a select few.

Megan never ceases to amaze me with her stunning Hollywood looks and as I haven't posted any pics of her recently (since Transformers II came out) I thought I'd do a big one now whilst she's promoting Jennifer's Body, appearing at premiere's and on magazines. Enjoy!

Sean Connery Possibly Back For Indy V?

Back when Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was being written we heard from George Lucas himself that Indy's dad had a part in it. He was so popular in The Last Crusade that everyone knew he just had to be in the future installments, if there would be any.

Unfortunately Sean Connery declined at that time stating that he was now retired and wouldn't want to return. In his place we got Shia Labeouf's Mutt Williams, son of Indy... Not the best of trades, no matter how much I actually like Shia as an actor.

But now that Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are writing Indy V there are rampant rumours that the duo are going to coax Mr. Connery back into the acting saddle again... Can this really be true? I guess it would have to take a hell of a lot of money to get him back out of, what one can only assume, is a very comfortable retirement...

And yes, we all know that Henry Jones Snr is supposed to be dead by the events of Crystal Skull, but is he?

I believe, although I haven't re-watched the scene to know the exact words, that Indy never says that his dad died. He simply says that it's been rough recently, first with dad, and then Marcus. We assume he means his dad died (of course it's the only way to interpret that sentence and scene) but maybe Henry is lost? Maybe he's presumed dead? Or maybe we're only going to see him in a cameo flashback... Or, in keeping with the increasingly ridiculous supernatural/ sci-fi elements we're seeing from the franchise, Indy will find an artifact that will bring his dad back from the grave, or allow him to communicate with him?

I have no idea how they'll do it, or if he'll even appear, I mean if he didn't come back for IV (and it got some pretty harsh reviews) then would he really return for V?

This, as always, remains to be seen. Personally I'd like to see a cameo from Willie, Shortround and Sallah. Bring some old faces back like they did with Marion.

The important question on my mind now however is what the new mcguffin/ artifact will be this time round?

Will we see Indy chasing the Spear of Destiny? Excalibur? Atlantis? It certainly couldn't get any weirder that crystallised psychic body parts belonging to aliens from a different dimension, could it?

The Karate Kid Remake - First Teaser Poster & On Set Pic

It's been a while since any news came out about the new Karate Kid movie remake (reported to have changed its title to "The Kung Fu" kid and obviously back again).

Now two images have popped up online. One being a Sony pictures teaser poster of sorts, showing "Karate Kid" rather than the "Kung Fu Kid" and another of Jackie Chan training Jaden Smith on set.

The Karate Kid stars Jaden Smith, Jackie Chan, and Taraji P. Henson. Smith plays Dre, a skateboarding video game buff who moves to China after his single mother is forced to go there for work. Unable to speak Chinese, Dre finds it hard to settle in, and gets beat up by the local bully. Chan plays Mr. Han (the Mr. Miyagi character), a maintenance man who spots his black-eye and offers to teach him both martial arts and Chinese, so he can defend against the students at the nearby school of kung-fu.

The A-Team Movie Casting News And First Set Photos!

I posted some A-Team casting news recently, stating that both B.A. Baracus and Murdock had been cast, but the latest additions are now confirmed as Jessica Biel as Faceman's ex girlfriend (woo hoo!) and Patrick "Night Owl" Wilson as a C.I.A operative.

They now join Liam Neeson (John "Hannibal" Smith), Bradley Cooper (Templeton "Face" Peck), Sharlto Copley (H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock), Quinton "Rampage" Jackson (B.A. Baracus).

Here are the pics from the Vancouver set, where that iconic van (looking only slightly different to the original series version) has been snapped being used for a chase scene. I can hear the old music now... Ah how it brings back memories of Saturday evenings in the 80's... good times!

The Great Office War Vid (NERF War In The Office)

The Crimson Blur made me aware of this video recently due to the fact that NERF has suddenly become something we're all interested in.

Our company is selling the range, we have guns in the office, I have guns at home, and I have the immensely awesome Vulcan on order for "3 darts a second" automatic machine gun shenanigans when it finally arrives! The kids won't stand a chance when I'm blazing through the house, Vulcan under my right arm, the ammo belt feeding through my left hand, red headband tied around my forehead like Rambo, cackling like a mad man as I unleash NERF hell on anyone standing in my way... Woo ha ha ha ha!

Aaaaanyway, it's a long but funny video and worth a watch. Enjoy!

The Harry Potter Theme Park!

Harry Potter fans will be able to experience the Triwizard Tournament, buy extendable ears and have a wand choose them at a new theme park in the US.

Universal Orlando Resort and Warner Bros. has released first-ever details of the eagerly-awaited "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" attraction, due to open in autumn 2010.

A virtual map reveals a list of featured locations including a replica of the Three Broomsticks and one of Hogsmeade's popular pubs, where visitors will be treated to traditional British fare and have the chance to sip on Butterbeer.

The park will feature theme rides, including the Flight of the Hippogriff, which will simulate a training flight on the magical creature.

Fans of the fast-paced wizard sport Quidditch will have a chance to partake in a simulated Triwizard Tournament, as well as examine Quidditch equipment and even the elusive Golden Snitch at several Hogsmeade shops.

Visitors can enjoy an interactive experience at the famous Ollivanders wand shop, where the wand chooses the wizard.

Zonko's features a joke shop with a collection of tricks and jokes, including Extendable Ears, Boxing Telescopes and Sneakoscopes.

The park is being developed in co-ordination with JK Rowling, the author of the immensely successful books, which have been adapted into equally successful films.

The theme park promises a "completely immersive environment", that recreates the fabled Hogwarts school for wizards that Potter and his friends attend, as well as the surrounding village of Hogsmeade.

The Coolest Star Wars Collection Ever?

Over at Gizmodo.com there's a page up that has a fantastic Star Wars collection owned and displayed by a guy with a hell of a lot of money... You'll see what I mean when you visit this link HERE.

If you're a Star Wars collector yourself you'll want to take a look at what's actually in this awesome apartment and how beautifully it's all placed in and around the suave pad. It's not as large as some collections I've seen on T.V. or online, but it's one of the most expensive looking and neatly placed you'll probably ever see.

Question: Is A Woman With A Shaved Head Hot?

The answer to the post title above would be "yes", if her name is Amber Rose...

Why did I ask the question? Well I'm a huge fan of women, as you'll know if you read this blog regularly, and when a woman who stands out from the crowd comes along I like to point her out. Megan Fox has been pointed out on here more than most, and she stands out more than most simply because she's stunning (some would argue of course), but with Kanye West's girlfriend it's a different matter. She's not your average stunner who conforms to the norm. She's as bald as I am, voluntarily, and is still super hot... It's not that women who shave their heads aren't hot, it's just not something you see every day and are used to (unless you like Demi Moore in G.I. Jane).

Hollywoodtuna.com has a new gallery of Amber up from her complex.com photo shoot which you can view HERE. Be warned that it's NSFW... But well worth the look if you're interested!

New Transformers II Concept Artwork

Ben Procter, one of the 3D concept illustrator's for Michael Bay's Transformers II, recently sent a bunch of his pics to conecptartworld.com to put up for the world to see.

I'm a huge fan of the Transformers movies and I love the designs that were created specifically for them. If you're a fan too then check out the images on the site HERE
