Punisher fan film: Dirty Laundry

At this years San Diego Comic-Con, Thomas Jane (The Punisher-2004) pleasantly surprised fans when he showed his own Punisher fan film. Yes, apparently Jane loved playing the character that much, and my hat goes off to him; I enjoyed him as the punisher in the official movie, and think he's brilliant in the short (now named Dirty Laundry). It also stars Ron Perlman, and runs for roughly ten minutes.
Tom Jane also collaborated with Phil Joanou (director) Chad St. John (writer).
When asked about the film, Jane said:
“I wanted to make a fan film for a character I’ve always loved and believed in — a love letter to Frank Castle & his fans. It was an incredible experience with everyone on the project throwing in their time just for the fun of it. It’s been a blast to be a part of from start to finish — we hope the friends of Frank enjoy watching it as much as we did making it.”
This certainly rekindles the fire of rumours surrounding a Punisher T.V series, which I would love to see Jane star in; and with a Hulk series on the horizon, it's not too unrealistic a prospect!

I warn you, the video gets pretty violent and gory, but it's well worth a watch!
