Christopher Nolan's 3rd Batman movie 'The Dark Knight Rises' is awash with rumours and rabid fanboy myths at the moment and two of the biggest questions are "Who are the bad guys" and "Who's going to be the female lead".
The first question is at least partially answered by the fact that Talia al Ghul (Ra's al Ghul's daughter) has been confirmed with the rumours stating that Casino Royale Bond-girl Eva Green may have landed that role. We also know that actor Tom Hardy has a role as a so far unknown villain with a bald head...
The second question leads to the current rumour-mill which has quite a few actresses on the list. And the role supposedly being none other than the character of Vicki Vale, played by Kim Basinger in Tim Burton's 1989 movie. These ladies are:

Keira Knightly
Anne Hathaway
Jessica Biel
Charlotte Riley
Gemma Arterton
Kate Mara
Personally I'd like Naomi Watts for Vicki Vale out of the rumoured short list above, but then again I'm obsessed with the stunning Kate Mara so I'm a bit biased towards her too!
