If there's one franchise you shouldn't mess with when considering remakes it's the awesome Lethal Weapon series...
Warner Bros had put their previous Lethal Weapon 5 project on hold after Mel Gibson's popularity recently took numerous fatal plummets below the acceptable threshold of any normal Hollywood actor... If you don't know what I'm talking about where the hell have you been? Look it all up on Google!
Now there's confirmation that a new remake is in the works along with Westworld and The Wild Bunch... Who they'll get to play the parts in one the best know "buddy cop" movie series ever is beyond me though. Maybe Denzel Washington and Christian Bale? Nope, no idea...
