OK, so the film looks pretty crap if we're being honest here, but hell it's WWE's very own Stone Cold Steve Austin kicking ass again in a low budget slug fest movie!
One of my favourite wrestlers when I was younger, you always felt that Austin wasn't acting when he took to the stage. A hard nut who you wouldn't want to meet down a dark alley and someone you can believe would do this kind or stuff in real life, given the chance.
Damage is a 2010 action film written by Frank Hannah and directed by Jeff King. The film is a hard-edged, bare-knuckles fight film that focuses on the tough choices people make in times of recession. The movie also stars Walton Goggins (The Sheild), the Supergirl hotness that is Laura Vandervort (Smallville) and Donnelly Rhodes (Battlestar Gallactica). Most of the fighters featured in the various scenes throughout the movie are real to add to the authenticity of the action!

This movie has alredy been released in the UK. Why the long wait in the US?
No idea I'm afraid. IMDB still states 2010 for the release date but it was in the shops on DVD on Monday here...
I've seen this movie, Steve Austins performance is brilliant, but Walton Goggins can't act for shit, the character he plays is pathetic, his acting skills are also somewhat questionable as for Laura Vandervort she plays a rather pointless role with no real depth or meaning. She doesn't suit the merky landscape of this film.
whenever it comes out, it looks like theres enough here to check it out. It reminds me of all the cartoons that include Cage Matches...Spiderman through JLUnlimited.
