I just came across this old College Humor comparison video for Back to the Future 1 & 2 showing the differences between the scenes with original Jennifer - Claudia Wells, and her sequel replacement Elisabeth Shue.
I'm a big BTTF junkie, as is the missus, so I found this quite cool to watch!
