NO MR T CAMEO!!??!! WHATEVER.

It's confirmed that MR T has declined to cameo in the remake, although he isn't boycotting the film either.

Here's an extract from an article on AINTITCOOL.COM

He said it wasn't about money, because he turned down the chance to appear in the film before that was even discussed. He said it just wouldn't be right for him to be in it. If his B.A. isn't the main guy, then why do it? What's wrong with the film that they need him to make a cameo? Plus they would market the film with him being in it, and he didn't want his friends and family to think he would have some big role when he wouldn't. He told me he has nothing against the cast or even the fact that they're doing a remake. But a cameo is just something he wasn't interested in. He said he's very happy with his life right now and enjoys giving back to the community.

IMDB still shows Dirk BENEDICK and DWIGHT SCHULTZ appearing in the movie.........but hey, I'm just happy Jessica BIEL and her massive lady lumps are appearing.

Need proof they're massive? check these out!!!!!!!!!!!

Green Lantern Movie - 5 Lovely Ladies In The Running To Play Carol Ferris?

According to Latinoreview.com's "sources" five lovely ladies are in the running to play Hal Jordan's love interest 'Carol Ferris' in the new live action movie: Diane Kruger, Kerri Russell, Blake Lively, Jennifer Garner and Eva Green.

Although this is somewhat of a rumour so far I'm posting it up as it's interesting to see this mix of ladies up for the role if it's true. Personally I know you can colour a woman's hair or they wear a wig, but the only woman who seems to fit the role visually straight off the mark is Eva Green. However I'm a big Diane Kruger fan so I'm hoping she gets it out of this lot. Still, both have accents, which I've never heard them get rid of in movies, so maybe they're not right for the all American Carol after all!

Tekken - Live Action Movie: Japanese Poster

Something I'm sure The Crimson Blur will be happy about is the new Japanese poster for the live action Tekken movie. Not something I'm personally holding my breath for, but hey, is anyone really holding their breath for video game related movies anymore? They usually end up being pure s**t!

Repo Men - Trailer

Another movie I didn't know about until just now is Repo Men... Starring Jude Law and Forrest Whitaker, the film is set in a near future where cybernetic internal body parts are now on sale for thousands of dollars to anyone that wants them. However if you fall behind on your payments the Repo Men are called and they'll take those lovely shiny hearts and livers back by any means...

It's a big budget sci-fi rip off/ copy of the original Repo: The Genetic Opera with a few big names and some obviously over the top gore, but it looks watchable at the very least.

Enjoy the trailer.

Comic Movie News - Hawkman, Spider-Man 4 & Iron Man 2

I thought I'd stick these 3 comic-movie-related tidbits together as they don't really rate high enough to get their own individual posts!

Hawkman Movie?

First up is the circulating rumour from Pajiba.com that the DC Comics hero Hawkman may now be made into a big screen live action movie. Described to be "part Indiana Jones, part Da Vinci Code and part Ghost" the film will supposedly be a Batman Begins style movie showing how the main character, an archaeologist called Carter Hal (or any one of the variations he's been called over time), makes himself into a hero using a winged flying harness and Nth Metal hand held weapons to battle evil-doers...

Don't get me wrong, I love the character of Hawkman, but in a world where all superhero movies are heading towards that "could this guy really exist in the real world" kind of style, where does the completely laughable Hawkman fit in? And does this mean that DC Entertainment are going to follow Marvel's lead and start pumping out Justice League member movies (even though I believe he's JSA affiliated) leading up to a JLA movie sometime after Ryan Reynold's Green Lantern? That's be cool, but I believe Marvel will do it better! If it simply gets made into an animated movie I'll be much happier. Those DC animated films are going from strength to strength and the old Justice League Unlimited cartoons with him in were cool.

Mary Jane No More? Kirsten Dunst Written out of Spider-Man 4?

If sources from Contactmusic are to be believed Spider-Man actress Kirsten Dunst (who's played Peter Parker's red headed girl Mary Jane in the last 3 films) may be written out of the new Spider-Man 4 movie altogether, making way for a new love interest...

I don't believe this rumour at all as Mary Jane is who Peter ends up with in the comics (until a certain recent storyline) and Sam Raimi screwed up the movies already with his alternate timeline, having Peter date Mary Jane before the likes of Gwen Stacey and Bettie Brant, so it's unlikely he'll just do away with her to further the story now. Even if Black Cat comes into it I don't think old Tobey can pull off the hot lusty thing... Ewwwwww... We'll see, I'm not Kirsten's biggest fan and I hated that she was cast as Mary Jane in the first place, so if she does go, I won't shed a tear!

Olivia Munn Playing War Machine A.I. Voice or Iron Maiden, Or both?

You may have heard that fanboy favourite and supreme hottie Olivia Munn had been cast in Iron Man 2 a while back. Her part had been kept super secret until the other day when she told everyone on Twitter that she was actually War Machine (it was even listed on IMDB before that as the same), and it confused a fair few, most thought she was having a laugh of course. Then it turned out what she was actually playing was the voice or War Machine's internal A.I.

Tony has Jarvis, voiced by Paul Bettany in the first movie, and Rhodey will supposedly have a female internal computer, voiced by Miss Munn. However IMDB now shows her character as Melina Vostokoff / Iron Maiden. I have no idea who that is but when I looked into it the character seems to be an assassin originally sent to kill Black Widow in the comics. She has a flexible metal costume which protects her from the force of many impacts and insulates her from many different forms of energy projections, and has enhanced strength to boot. Strange... So is Olivia the War Machine A.I. or is she Iron Maiden, or is she both? Only time will tell!

The Katate Kid (Remake) - First Trailer

No matter how bad this movie could turn out to be, I'm gonna love it. I was brought up on the Karate Kid movies and they're a direct part of my upbringing with a Japanese step dad and the martial arts life I attempted to embrace in my young days. Now I'm just older and lazy...

Jayden Smith (Will Smith's son if you didn't know) looks like he's trained pretty hard for this and although it's a remake it could hold its own ground well. Jackie Chan might be getting on a bit but he's definitely right for the re-imagined role he's playing and scenes like the swatting of the fly are nice little tongue-in-cheek nods to the original Karate Kid movie. Oh and Jayden's last line of the trailer is so like his dad it's scary!

Enjoy!

Knight And Day - Trailer

Has anyone even heard of this Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz movie called "Knight and Day"? I certainly haven't, but it's looks pretty fun so I'm pleasantly surprised. Tom Cruise back in the role of a kick-ass super secret agent, original huh? Oh but it's a comedy so it's ok.

Enjoy the trailer!

Kick-Ass - New Red Band Trailer - Hit Girl...

Soooooo not safe for work this vid, so watch it by yourself away from the kids, the colleagues or the parents. Kick-Ass the movie presents Hit Girl baby!

SYFY LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME - early renewal for SGU and Sanctuary

WELL ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOLD YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SGU IS GOOD AND THE FIGURES PROVE IT.

I've sat through the first 10 episodes and loved every minute of it. It ain't SG1, and it clearly isn't Atlantis, it's a whole new beast instead. And it's been announced that this beast is gonna charge straight through into season 2.

Figures are good, the cast are developing into some watchable characters (especially Julia BENSON who had the biggest rack in SG history!!!! - Lt James in case you didn't know) and the cliffhanger at the end of the first half of the season was great.

It ain't SG1, which was famous for the subtle jokes and pokes at THE WIZARD OF OZ and other fantasy shows. It's also bucked the tried and tested formula that ATLANTIS just slipped into (which is where the untimely cancellation came from) SGU is a new take on the old idea of STARGATE.

It's raw, gritty, and much more adult in nature..........but why is that a bad thing. If we wanna see SCI FI on TV it's gonna need to roll with the punches and adapt the way normal TV shows do. I'd rather watch shite SCI FI than BIG BROTHER/X FACTOR and whatever reality crap they cook up next.

And SY FY have made the decision to bring back SANCTUARY for a third season........this one was a bit surprising as the current season has been a bit hit and miss for me, but I love Amanda Tapping and the show concept so it's nice that they've shown some faith in the show....just wish more networks were like that.............ABC and FOX you know I'm talking about you!!!

Support the cause and show your support. Watch one of the best new shows on TV.

And here's the official trailer showing some of the highlights of the show.

And again, for all you haters.....HA HA!!!! Screw Atlantis, SGU is here to stay!!!!

A FEW MORE MISFITS - season 2 on order!!

E4 sci fi/drama/comedy/superhero show MISFITS has been given a second season, even before the final episode aired.

And what a finale it was.......i won't spoil it for anyone, I will just say that It blew my mind, and at least we finally found out Nathan's power.

Here are a few of the best bits.....usually revolving around Nathan and his incredible use of the English language.

If you're easily offender PLEASE DON'T WATCH THE CLIPS........they use naughty naughty language.....but it's so damn funny.

DK.

HAVE A SUPER MERRY CHRISTMAS

Ok, so the title sounds like something Ned Flanders might say but I thought I'd spread a few seasons greetings with a few comic related Christmas pics.
I think you might be able to guess my favourite one..........Supergirl can slide down my chimney any day.

DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS - Teaser clips

Having already posted about the new DAY OF THE TRIFFIDS mini series, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the teasers just posted on SCIFI WIRE. As much as i hate paying my Tv licence, at least some of that money has fallen into some decent looking sci fi.

Enjoy the sneak peek, and make sure you tune in 28/29 December.

Toy Story 3 - Extended Clip

Hey y'all, here's a rootnin, tootnin extended clip from Toy Story 3 starring your favourite little varmits in a scene where it looks like the gang might be heading for the garbage unless Sheriff Woody can save them! Dang!

Sorry, couldn't help that... Enjoy the clip!

Smallville Season 9 Returns In 2010 - Promo Clip (Spoilers)

Smallville Season 9 returns to US T.V. on January 22nd, 2010 with Disciple, Warrior and Absolute Justice.

Disciple airs Jan. 22nd, Warrior airs Jan. 29th and the 2 hour movie event Absolute Justice (Society & Legends) airs Feb. 5th! AJ being pretty much the biggest moment for Smallville fans since the disappointing Doomsday fiasco!

Here's the short promo clip below along with some vid-snags showing things like a sepia flashback with someone holding Jay Garrick's (The JSA Flash's) winged helmet, what looks to me like Hawkgirl's mask and mace (not Hawkman's obviously), Dr. Fate's red eyes glowing in the darkness, Golden Age Sandman, Zatanna kissing Clark on a chair and Lois too (not at the same time), and then an overhead groupshot of Green Arrow with Clark and a few JSA members around the JSA table with a glass cabinet in the top right showing off some mementos like Jay's Helmet and what looks like Green Lantern's lantern among other things. Looks to be super cool. Can't wait for the last few episodes of season 9!

Brittany Murphy Dies Of A Cardiac Arrest Aged 32...

"Oh my God"... those were the words that just came out of my mouth as I read this news just now.

TMZ reports that Brittany Murphy, star of tv and many movies including 8 Mile, Just Married, Clueless, Sin City and Happy Feet passed away this morning.

The report states that at 8:00am, emergency services were called to the L.A. home of the actress and her husband Simon Monjack after she went into an apparent cardiac arrest. Despite multiple attempts, Brittany could not be revived.

She was reportedly declared dead on arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Absolutely tragic... A beautiful actress only 1 year older than myself and she passes away from something you'd think could only happen to someone over twice her age.

R.I.P Brittany. You will be missed.

James Cameron's Avatar - Mini Review (No Spoilers)

Back at the beginning of this year I was very lucky to be a part of a limited scale out of secret information given to Mattel (the toy manufacturers) for the upcoming big budget James Cameron movie Avatar. The rather large release had dozens of images, names and descriptions for all the Pandoran creatures, the human vehicles and weaponry, the Na'vi natives and the human military/ RDA characters.

I have to admit to being a bit underwhelmed when I had all this info in my hands and even more so when I actually saw the Mattel prototype action figures... Then the movie images started coming out and then the preview clips and it still didn't really rock my world. There were those out there that just panned the whole thing straight away without even seeing it, saying that it was millions of dollars spent on Cameron fulfilling a 13-year-in-the-making dream and that it would dive bomb once released. Then there were those that then saw the high def footage on Avatar day (that I was invited to, but couldn't go to) and went crazy for it. I tried very hard to stay on the fence about the whole thing and because I'd been involved before most of the public I was a bit "meh" about it and was simply waiting to see it for myself.

But, and this is probably the biggest "but" I'll ever make about a movie, I, and everyone else who pre-empted the movie with trepidation and negativity, were wrong... OH. SO. WRONG.

Yesterday afternoon The Dark Knight and I took a trip down to the cinema to catch the 3-D showing. Having spent the £9.60 on the ticket and 80p on the funky NHS style 3-D specs (as DK put it) we sat down to over half an hours of crappy adverts and trailers... and then Avatar began...

First of all I will say this: James Cameron's Avatar is truly a masterpiece in cinematic history, an experience like no other I've had in my 31 years of obsessive movie watching. This film is the kind of thing that will drop your jaw to the floor and hold it there for the whole 2 hours and 42 minutes without reprieve. It is quite simply one of the best and most enjoyable films I've ever seen. Those who complained about its dialog, its cliched story and character types or its predictable plot are clutching at straws and are the kind of people I can't stand, it's nitpicking. They probably went into the cinema fuelled by heavy preconceptions, a dislike for action or sci-fi, or even a love story for that matter, and they really need to sit back and watch it again to take it all in and enjoy it for what it is, rather than what it should be. Review it by all means, but don't be a Scrooge about the little things that don't even detract slightly from this films quality.

This quality that I mention isn't just in the special effects either, which of course are photo-realistically flawless and stunningly beautiful, just as Cameron had promised, but also in the direction, the acting (by both the live action actors and the motions capture CGI actors) and the story itself. It is of course a story we've all seen before; A large and powerful military-backed corporation seeks to pillage the natural resources of far off land to fulfill its greedy and selfish needs whilst not caring about the lives or homes of its aboriginal residents, eventually resulting in their forced removal/ destruction through means of a greater and more advanced power. It's something we've seen throughout our own human history and Cameron pulls upon this age-old story to create Avatar's main plot. Within the story we also see people discovering right from wrong, falling in love, having faith in a higher power, fighting for what they believe in and the weaker power overcoming unimaginable odds to succeed and survive. It is at its heart a story about the human soul and its journey through the atrocities and wonderment's of life, even though it's based on an alien planet with alien creatures being the main focus.

On the point of the actors; they all do a great job. Man of the moment Sam Worthington does a good job of portraying crippled fish out of water Jake Sully and his CGI counterpart, Sigourney Weaver, as always, puts in a solid performance as Dr. Grace Augustine and her Avatar version is uncannily spot on for her, even though it's more attractive than Sigourney herself! (sorry hun, no offense meant), Stephen Lang is incredible as the super hard-ass Col. Miles Quaritch and has some of the best moments of the movie, both in and out of the mechanised power suit, and Michelle Rodriguez, Giovanni Ribisi & Joel Moore all do adequate jobs as the supporting characters for what little screen time they're given. Cudos however go to Zoe Saldana as Neytiri who not only nails her vocal performance on a professional level but also brings incredible emotion and fire to her on screen warrior princess. It's a testament to the special effects crew that they actually make Neytiri stunningly beautiful, even though she's clearly a feline looking 8ft tall, skinny, blue-skinned alien. Yes that does indeed mean that I thought she was hot... No real surprise there.

The world of Pandora has obviously been in James Cameron's mind for quite some time and the process of getting it to the big screen has been a labour of love for him and his team, and it shows. Every little detail is represented in the most dazzling and awe inspiring way and when you get a close up of the Na'vi faces you truly see just how much effort has gone into the CGI creations. Michael Bay's Transformer movies may have brought believable walking talking robots to the masses but James Cameron has finally created CGI humanoids where you can't see the flaws, you can't tell what's real and what's not, and you're dragged into that world as if you could really touch it... It is, for lack of a better and more fitting word, flawless. If I were in Jake Sully's position I'd do exactly the same thing! There are so many moments that engrave themselves into your mind and that's a Cameron trait. Think of his films like Terminator 1 & 2, The Abyss, True Lies and even Titanic... You can always bring specific scenes and characters to mind because you love his movies, he does them with skill and passion and it reflects on the audience. Avatar is his piece de resistance and a crowing achievement for what is truly a testament to 3-D films of the future.

OK so you can say that you can see almost every plot point coming a mile off and that the ending is completely obvious, but it's exactly how it should be. It's classic formulaic storytelling, but it all works. You want it to go the way it does and you wouldn't want it any other way. Why moan about predictability in a film like this? I was so enthralled by the spectacle of beauty and action that the silly negative points that might have crept up melted away.

I won't say anything more about it as I sincerely urge you to go and see Avatar for yourself. See it in 3-D, sit back with your peanut M&M's and large Coke and take it all in. You won't be disappointed in what you see, I guarantee it.

2010 A-Team Movie Toys On Their Way!

Jazwares, a leader in the licensed products marketplace, has been tapped by Twentieth Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising (Fox Licensing) to develop an extensive toy line for the upcoming feature film The A-Team. The launch of the Jazwares product line, which includes action figures in various sizes, vehicles, and electronics, will coincide with the movie's release in June 2010.

"The release of The A-Team film will introduce a new generation of fans to the heroes of the popular series," said Laura Zebersky, executive vice president sales, Jazwares. "The A-Team is a part of pop culture history and we look forward to playing a role in its return."

"Jazwares is part of the ‘A-Team’ of licensees we’ve assembled to work on the merchandising program for this fantastic property," said Lora Cohn, VP of Fox Licensing. "We are confident that both old and new fans alike will be pleased by what Jazwares introduces to retail.”

The Jazwares toy line will include 3 ¾” action figures in an A-Team assortment and villain assortment, 12" B.A. Baracus and Hannibal Smith collector figures with voice chips, an electronic A-Team van for the 3 ¾” figures, plus other retailer exclusive packs. The product line will also include electronic items such as Walkie Talkies, an alarm clock and digital camera.

Yet more action figures to go with the hundreds of others I own! Including the full set of original A-Team figures.

Super Cool Hoodies...

I own my fair share of themed t-shirts and other pieces of clothing, being the uber-geek that I am, but I've never owned a super-cool hoodie like the ones I came across today online. Some of them have been out on the market for a fair while, but I don't care, these are too cool to be missed if you haven't seen them already.

You can find all these hoodies in the pic below, and a lot more, at 80stees.com for around $50 - $60 each. Bargain!

Special mention must go to the full zip-up hoodie I also found, where the whole thing does right the way up and has eye holes so you can see! Very cool!

THIS IS ONE ACHIEVEMENT I'D LOVE TO UNLOCK.

These are a little NSFW....so please avert ones gaze if you don't like ladies in their pants (to note, there are no exposed lady bits........promise!!!)

Ever found yourself bashing your joypad for hours trying to unlock a pesky achievement on your XBOX 360............then I'm sure you'll appreciate this photo.

Unlock this!!

And on the same theme, there are plenty of computer related pants out there........strange, but true.

And superheroes even get a little under pants action!!!

Looks like there are even geeks in fashion now!!!!!! And god bless 'em!!!

Taylor Swift In The Running To Play Supergirl?

The Grammy award winning singer Taylor Swift is said to be top of the list to play Supergirl in a forthcoming movie and possible tv series spinoff...

Studio execs are looking for a positive female role model in a time where there's a serious lack of them in movies or on tv.

Taylor has no acting experience (unless you count her appearances on Saturday Night Live in the US) but seems to fit every other aspect of the role down to a T. She's young, blonde, attractive and you can believe she could pick up a car and throw it at a thugs head... OK so the last bit I made up, but you can see what I mean... or not.

Any form of Supergirl reinvention is fine by me obviously, so I'm more than happy for Taylor to play Kara should that actually happen.

UPDATE:

This rumour has now been debunked and Taylor Swift will not be playing Supergirl in any future projects.

Jack Bauer Interrogates Santa!

In this very funny video from the people over at Rebel Christmas Card 24's Jack Bauer interrogates Santa himself... Bad boy!

Shrek: Forever After - New Teaser Trailer

Although the Shrek movies have taken a bit of a downward tumble after the first outing my family still loves them to bits. There's something about them that you can't help but like and although they're coming to an end it's been a fun ride... mostly.

Below is the first teaser trailer for the 4th major film in the franchise 'Forever After'. Shrek makes a deal with Rumplestiltskin which ends up with the world change drastically due to Shrek never having existed. Chaos of course ensues... Enjoy!

Rene Russo Joins The Cast Of Thor!

OK so it may not be as fantastic news to everyone as it is to me, but I'm a one very happy bunny... One of my major childhood crushes - Rene Russo has been cast in the part of Frigga (also known as Frigg): Queen of Asgard in the new Marvel movie Thor.

Rene will star alongside Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Anthony Hopkins (Odin), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster), Stuart Townsend (Fandral), Tadanobu Asano (Hogun) and Ray Stevenson (Volstagg) among many others. Kenneth Branagh will direct the film, which will be released on May 20, 2011.

The Thor cast is growing at a rate and quality that I'm more than happy with so far, let's hope this carries into the Captain America movie and we get even better actors appearing in that. Russo may not be everyone's cup of tea but to me she's quality... The pic below is one that adorned my teenage wall with some mighty admiration for years. Hot momma!

New Kick-Ass Poster - Hit Girl!

Yet another new poster release for Kick-Ass and this time it's the tiny terror 'Hit Girl'!

Awesome New Trailers For Iron Man 2 & Clash Of The Titans!

2 new trailers have surfaced over the last few days, one for Iron Man 2, which I'm not entirely sure is official and may be pulled, and one for Clash of the Titans.

The Iron Man 2 trailer is rockin and shows a lot more of War Machine and Whiplash... The Clash of the Titans vid is pretty much what we've seen before but is still rockin nonetheless, mainly due to Medusa and the Kraken at the end!

Enjoy!

Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland - New Trailer

As if there wasn't enough craziness in the world along comes the totally bonkers 2nd trailer for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.

I think I actually got a headache after watching this... Although it does look quite good!

New Video Game Trailers From The Crimson Blur - Force Unleashed Sith Edition and War for Cybertron!

A Crimson Blur Post

Hi all,

I have found some interesting video game trailers for you to watch, first is the new Star Wars Forced Unleashed 2. I know we have already blogged the trailer for this game but I couldn't watch it as it was removed, so I went searching for it and I have to say 'how awesome does this game look'?! I also found that there is a trailer for a Sith Edition of the original game which I have linked below.

I dont know if it's a different story line, it looks like it is and what I think is also cool is that an old Obi Wan is in this game along with Luke Skywalker!

It seems that the game picks up from where the player from Unleashed 1 finished the game as this game has multiple endings where you either kill Vader and join the Dark Side and become Palpatine's new Apprentice or you choose the other ending where you defeat Palpatine.

Regardless of how this game will start i can't wait to start playing it and start pulling off some awesome moves which was, for me, the highlight of the first Game, the Jedi powers combined with Lightsaber skills is just awesome. Enjoy the Trailer.

The second Trailer I have attached is for the up coming Transformers game titled Transformers: War for Cybertron. I have watched this and the graphics are brilliant. It has a new look to it which seems to combine G1, Transformers movies and a little bit of Animated.

I have no idea whether the game play will be good or whether it has a good story but I think I will enjoy it with the graphics and the scale of the game... they do look awesome. Check out the trailer and enjoy.

If I have any more news I will let you know, but that's it from me. Speak to you guys soon and if I dont before, have a great X-mas!

Back To The Future III Video - WTF? Peverse Dwarf?

I've seen the Back To The Future movies over a hundred times each, no word of a lie, I even watched the 2nd and 3rd last week in the evening with the missus, and I never ever saw this...

As some astute fan has discovered, Verne (one of the Docs two kids) is either a freaky little kid who doesn't know what he's signalling here (unlikely) or a perverse dwarf actor who seriously wants a bit of Elisabeth Shue... or Michael J Fox... I mean look as his smirk when he's doing it! Either way this creeped me out and made me laugh at the same time. Weird.

Cheryl Cole - I Bow To Your Power...

If there's one thing I've enjoyed over the last few weeks it's been X-Factor on ITV1 at the weekend...

But it's not been the actual show, the contestants or Simon's legendary put downs that have been the highlights, it's been seeing the fantastical Cheryl Cole emerge from those double doors every time! This woman has dressed in the most outlandish and provocative dresses each and every week, showing off her gorgeous bod and unbelievable legs and it's made my jaw hit the floor every single time... Danni: You're lovely, don't get me wrong, but you're no Cheryl Cole. She's become the nation's first lady and well deserves it too.

During one of Cheryl's performances on the awful 'Cheryl Cole's Night In' last weekend she outdid herself once again with an outfit that blew my mind. And even though Cheryl's singles haven't been that brilliant, the videos (with their awesome outfits) have more than made up for that, surpassing anything Girls Aloud could ever bring to the table. Below are a few images that have made the headlines and have made me smile for a whole week each time!
