Everyone knows (or should know by now) that the legend that is Stan Lee has a cameo in every Marvel movie, the latest being Thor where he's the pickup driver trying to pull the mighty hammer - Mjolnir out of the ground to no avail. It's a joy for fans to discover Stan's cameos in the movies and hopefully they'll keep popping up as long as Marvel movies keep getting made...
Stan has been left out of new X-Men: First Class movie (as explained in the video below) and has even supposedly petitioned to appear in DC's Dark Knight Rises movie, but his upcoming cameo in Spider-Man was a mystery up until now. He let slip during a recent talk how he's set to appear.
