Sony Pictures has acquired the rights for Ubisoft's historical sci-fi hit video game series "Assassin's Creed" with plans to bring it to cinemas very soon. With more than 30 million copies of the game sold worldwide (with the fourth installment hitting shops next month), it's no shocker that the videogame publisher had more than one interested party as they shopped the game around Hollywood for the past few months.
I admit I've only ever played the original game and I didn't really take much notice of the storyline, plus I have two more Creed sequel games and I've never played them, which is bad... :P
