The video below is of Andrew Ainsworth (the original designer of the Stormtrooper suits in Star Wars) making the classic helmet from scratch... Damn that's a lot of work and effort, and of course 'skill'!

The helmet was sculpted by Liz Moore and the armour was sculpted by Brian Muir.He was and is a vacuum former - no more no less. It was proven in court that Ainsworth is a liar and he took credit for things he did not do. He has changed his 'story' and versions of evens so much over the years it is laughable!!
