Even More Megan Fox Pics...

Why? Because I want to.

These are some shots of Megan from her most recent Elle and Emporio Armani photo shoots.

Enjoy!

How David Blaine Really Held His Breath For 17 Minutes...

Never really been a fan of David Blaine or the massive public stunts he does all over the world, I can't stand his drugged up voice and his appearances on live tv (especially in the UK) have been excruciatingly painful to watch, but you can't deny that after watching this 20 minute video below that you're not impressed with the guys dedication to his field. And this wasn't even magic...

Amazing Street Drummer Video...

I'm always impressed with a human being's ability to amaze and this guy definitely does just that.

You don't have to watch the entire 5 minutes and 49 seconds of this vid to see that this in one talented street drummer, making very good use of his buckets and broken air con unit etc.

Battlestar Galactica Rhapsody...

Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody with its words changed to fit a geeks ode to Battlestar Galatica. Classic.

Watch it and enjoy!

We Are The World 25th Anniversary Video For Haiti Disaster

25 years ago when I was only 7 years old the original 'We are the world' song was released. It's a song and a video that has been ingrained into my mind ever since I first saw it and for some reason it always evoked an emotional response from me.

Now we have a new version by all of today's big music and movie stars (yes there's Jeff Bridges, Vince Vaughn and many others in there if you look hard enough, along with Heroe's Haitian too!) and even though the rap part about 75% of the way through throws you off quite a bit it's a striking song to behold yet again. Even having bits where Michael Jackson joins in from old footage is sad.

If you can bare to watch the whole thing then please do, it's strange yet truly awesome to see all these new people, 25 years after the original, singing for charity once again.

Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths - New Action Trailer

Yet another clip from the new Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths animated movie coming to US stores on Feb 26th.

This time we get more battle action as the JLA face off against the Crime Syndicate. Really looking forward to this, even if there are a few cringe worthy bits just in this scene alone! Body popping after zapping Supes? No, no, no!

Vin Diesel Confirms 3rd Riddick And 5th Fast And Furious Movies

Vin Diesel recently confirmed that not only would the 5th Fast and Furious ("Fast Five") movie be heading our way very soon (good cos I really like the others) but also a new Riddick film is also in the works.

Fast Five is set for release in 2011 and will star both Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reprising their roles as Dominic Toretto and Brian O''Conner respectively in yet another return to the ongoing, popular franchise. The only news so far is that Dom and Brian will be on the run after the events at the end of the last movie, which is kind of a given seeing as Brian broke Dom out of a prison bus with his car gang!

The new Riddick movie will once again be directed by David Twohy, the writer and director for both Pitch Black and The Chronicles of Riddick and the new screenplay will be closer in tone to the cult Pitch Black original film. Riddick will return after Fast Five completes production so look for it in 2012 or after.

Christopher Nolan To Father New Breed Of DC/ Superman Movies?

DC and Marvel are the two biggest comic companies in the world today. Even though I love Image comics more at times it's undeniable that characters such as Superman & Batman and Spider-Man & The Hulk are ingrained into the human consciousness and their subsequent movies have ruled the box office for decades, even more so over the last couple of years.

There has been a renaissance period recently where all the comic book movies of old have been blown out of the water by a new breed of Superhero film.

For DC the new wave began with the amazing Batman Begins and the even more amazing Dark Knight. For Marvel it was Iron-Man (and in the future it will be Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America and The Avengers).

Why were they so popular and why did they re-write the book on comic book movie adaptations? Reality... Just the thought that these heroes could actually exist in the real world we live in was enough to make us scramble for more. OK so there were also exemplary performances by all the actors involved and by the directors who made the films, but the 'reality' part of these new movies has paved the way for new films to be made in the same way and draw even bigger audiences, populated by even the non-comic-fans, destroying the way old movies were made in the past.

Because of this fact the big-wigs at Warner Bros have finally realised that Chris Nolan is now a master in this regard (primarily due to the fact that he doesn't read comics which gave him a new perspective on the whole thing) and they've granted him the honorary status of "Godfather" to any new DC live action movie that heads our way, and that means the Superman reboot. Nolan won't necessarily direct or produce the new Superman film but he will have massive creative input on the whole thing and will guide the new breed of DC movie down the right path so it coincides with his Batman franchise and hopefully ends up in a darker and more believable Justice League movie in the future (here's hoping!).

For Marvel it seems all the they're already heading down the right path with all the different directors having meetings and creative input on all their movies to ensure they all interconnect and flow between each other until the big payoff with Avengers in 2012... And beyond even that.

It's good news for all us fans that's for sure!

Dungeons & Dragons For The New Hi-Tec Generation...

The nearest I got to D&D as a kid was playing a Heroquest board game I once got for X-mas and reading a few game books loosely related to it when I was in secondary school. Oh and that cool arcade game that I play on MAME from time to time...

Anyway D&D is a huge phenomenon with fans of all ages and in every town I've ever visited in the UK I've always come across a Games Workshop filled with spotty, bespeckled, prepubescent, younglings whose eyes are glistening with geeky joy when they throw a six on their red and white dice... OK so that's a bit nasty... They don't all have spots...

Anyhoo D&D has progressed over the years and now with the startling advancement in technology our generation is experiencing a brand new breed of D&D gaming is nigh. 'Microsoft Surface' technology now allows players to game using virtual or physical figure based pieces and dice which interact with the surface adding that extra layer of immersion and interactivity.

Watch the video below which shows you a little of what is capable during a standard game.

Penelope Cruz Cast In Pirates Of The Caribbean 4?

As if the fact that another Pirates of the Caribbean movie was heading our way wasn't bad enough (don't get me wrong, loved the first one, felt sick watching the other two), now we hear that the Rob Marshall directed fourth installment has snagged Penelope Cruz to play Jack's 'foil and equal'.

'On Stranger Tides', as it's been titled, has supposedly done away with both Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom in favour of solely following Sparrow's shady shenanigans with a whole bunch of new characters who are all looking for the fountain of youth, almost like a reboot of the franchise.

I don't mind Ms Cruz at all but from what little screen time I've seen of her I can't say she's a strong actress to put in a big budget sequel to one of Disney's biggest movie franchises of all time. For me this movie seems to be going the wrong way about getting its fans back, or maybe that's the point. It's doing away with them in favour of a new bunch who weren't sullied by the 2nd and 3rd films in the franchise...

Either way shooting starts this summer in Hawaii and until I see a trailer I'm going to automatically dislike this before it even gets made!

Clash Of The Titans - New Posters (And Bubo Is Returning?)

A whole new bunch of posters have gone up online last week for the upcoming big budget myth-fest that is Clash of the Titans.

Can't wait for this movie!

Oh and did you know that Bubo the mechanical owl from the original movie is also going to be in the remake? How cool is that? He'll only have a cameo rather than the larger more influential part he played in the 1981 movie, but he's there nonetheless. Very cool!

The Last Airbender - New Trailer

OK I'm liking this a hell of a lot more than I did when I saw the original teaser trailer last year. It certainly has an epic feel to it and certain bits look reminiscent of Lord of the Rings.

M. Night Shyamalan's work has been extremely hit and miss and his last few movies have been downright boring... I'm hoping that this licensed movie gets him out of that rut and shows the world what he's really capable of as just the director, using someone else's story lines!

Batman: Under The Red Hood And Green Arrow Next DC Animated Movies

I'm a huge fan of both the Marvel and DC animated movies that have been released over the last few years and Green Lantern: First Flight has been my own personal highlight so far.

The next straight to DVD release is Justice League: Crisis of Two Earths (which I can't wait for) but after that DC and Warner Home Video will be releasing Batman: Under the Red Hood based on the Judd Winick written 2005 comic storyline. Red Hood, who turns out to be... Well that would ruin it for the people who don't know, is another vigilante who doesn't mind cleaning up Gotham by leaving dead bodies in his wake. Animated guru Bruce Timm exec produces this pretty violent look into crime on the streets, and it's directed by "Superman Doomsday" co-director Brandon Vietti, with a cavalcade of stars as voice talent. It all starts with Bruce Greenwood ("Star Trek") as Batman, then continues with "Supernatural" star Jensen Ackles as Red Hood, Neil Patrick Harris ("How I Met Your Mother") as Nightwing, John DiMaggio ("Futurama") as the Joker and Jason Isaacs (the Harry Potter films) as Ra's Al Ghul.

The comic version of Red Hood.

After Red Hood DC will be looking to start production on a Green Arrow animated movie (probably due to the delay on the Supermax Green Arrow movie, and due to the success of the character both in the Justice League: Unlimited cartoon and on Smallville) and should feature at least Black Canary as a cameo, which is enough to look forward to in itself!

Green Arrow as he was depicted in Justice League: Unlimited.

Toy Story 3 - Cool New Trailer Showing New Characters!

How much do we love Toy Story movies? A whole hell of a lot I can tell you.

Here for your viewing pleasure is yet another Toy Story 3 movie trailer and this one shows a lot more of the new characters we're going to be introduced to when the film is released this June.

Enjoy!

Alice In Wonderland - New Pics

I think we're all getting a little overwhelmed by the amount of movie pics and posters getting released recently but that doesn't stop me from posting up here for all to see.

Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland has had a few more images pop up online so here they are. Enjoy!

Heidi Montag And Her New Body Will Pose For Playboy Again?

I posted recently that the once cute Hills star Heidi Montag had totally changed her entire look with a number of plastic surgery operations. Well it now turns out that Heidi's previous pre-surgery Playboy spread (the one where she actually showed nothing at all) wasn't good enough and now that her body resembles a Swedish porn star she's going to give it another crack (no pun intended) and go all out to impress her fans... all three of them.

All jokes aside it's still a damned shame that she did this to herself with even her mother now stating that she looks like a circus freak... Still I'm sure she thought it would get her more money somewhere down the line. Silly girl.

The pic above isn't from Playboy, it's actually a Valentine's celebration advert for Fredrick's of Hollywood, a lingerie company. Well done hun, ya hit the big time there! :P

Bristol Lightsaber Flashmob Makes Me Worry About British Geeks...

Oh dear...

I might be an Uber-Geek, I may own a large collection of Star Wars memorabilia and have the lightsaber app on my I-Phone, I may even own a life size animated Princess Leia statue that sits lovingly in the corner of my room... but this is one geek-step too far, even for me.

Recently British Star Wars fans Tom Merchant-Locke, Daniel Morgan and Liam Penn used Facebook to mobilise a flashmob of would-be Jedi and Sith to stage a massive lighsaber battle at the Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol.

More than 100 fans turned out for the battle royale which left onlookers and shoppers alike totally perplexed as to what the hell was going on. Still it was actually the largest public lightsaber battle ever held so it's a shame Guiness weren't called, it might have had some meaning then!

I hang my head in shame to be British. ;P

Inevitable New Avengers Cartoon! Earth's Mightiest Heroes

With the new Avengers movie heading to our screens in 2012 it was inevitable that we'd be seeing more and more outlets for the Marvel characters, from toys and comics to straight-to-DVD movies and kids cartoons.

Above is the pic for the new Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes series coming our way in 2011 and HERE is the link to the 1 minute and 45 second trailer for the series. Not sure about this one, the animation quality seems good but I have a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that says it'll be just that little bit too cheesy for my taste... Although who can get enough of Captain America on screen? Not me.

Green Lantern Movie - Possible Concept Art

I'm not 100% whether these pics are legitimate concept art pieces from the new movie starring Ryan Reynolds, but even if they're found to be fake, they're pretty awesome and give us a good idea of what we could be seeing in the not too distant future.

They've been on the Internet for a while but if you haven't seen them yet; ENJOY!

Left 4 Dead Fan Film?

One thing the world is lacking at the moment is news of an upcoming Left 4 Dead movie.

Personally I play Left 4 Dead 2 almost every night, when I have the time, and I must say that I like it much more that CODMW2 (shock horror!). There's nothing quite like the camaraderie felt when playing with 3 others, fighting the zombie hordes through numerous scenarios time after time. I've also made a few friends via the first and second outing and I can't think of another game that I get more enjoyment from than this excellent franchise.

So the question is: why the hell haven't the Hollywood toffs picked up the rights to a movie? Well even if we currently don't know the answer (it's probably because Uwe Boll wants to make it and they've said no straight away), those inventive Italian nerds have decide to make a movie themselves, and below is the teaser trailer...

Enjoy!

Captain America: The First Avenger Movie News...

Some relatively old bits of news here about the new Marvel Captain America movie 'The First Avenger' that you may or may not have heard.

1) Director Joe Johnston confirmed during an interview with CHUD that the 'Invaders' will definitely appear in its WWII portion. If you don't have a clue who the Invaders are let me tell you that they include such characters as Caps sidekick Bucky, Prince Namor: The Submariner, The original android Human Torch, Toro, Union Jack, Miss America, Whizzer, Blazing Skull and Silver Scorpion. Johnston has said that the team will be 6 people strong so if you say that Cap and Bucky are definite shoe ins then we're all hoping that Namor and Torch will at least be included in the other 4 members. Can you imagine that? What a prelude to the Avengers movie; The Invaders taking on the Third Reich on film!

2) The Red Skull is definitely the main villain in the movie. Well I'd say that was a given, wouldn't you? I mean it's like doing a Superman origin movie and not having Lex Luthor in it. Johnston confirmed the Red Skull's inclusion during an interview that was published by Shocktilyoudrop.com and Comingsoon.net.

3) The majority of the film will definitely be set in WWII. OK so we all knew this already and it wouldn't have been much of a movie if Cap's origin didn't have WWII as its background but Johnston confirmed this as well saying : "Virtually the entire story except the bookends are in World War II because we all recognize we have one chance to tell the origin story of how he became Captain America, you can't tell a modern story and then go back and tell the origin story. If you're going to do it, let's do it. Let's do it first. Everyone wanted to tell an origin story. There was a version where it was a modern story and it didn't work."

4) Captain America's costume may be explained in the movie as a USO performance outfit? News on the Internet recently stated that the movie will have Steve Rogers creation made so priceless to the US military that they will sideline him so that they don't send him into battle and get him killed. Steve then goes into the USO, performing for the troops in his classic Captain America garb and when the time finally comes in the film for him to enter the battle he'll use his costume to rally the patriotic US troops and put the fear of God into the oncoming Nazi hordes. Whether this works on screen or not is something we'll have to wait to see but Johnston says that it's the only viable way they could get the costume into the movie when everything is supposed to be real life in these new Marvel movies...

5) Will Captain Awesome become Captain America? Chuck's very own Captain Awesome (aka Devon Woodcomb, aka Ryan McPartlin) has read for the part of Cap recently, among many others, and is considered as one of the many 'unknowns' that Johnston wants for the main role. Other rumours on the Internet say that Star Trek's Chris Pine is a front runner for the role, but I wouldn't have said he's as 'unknown' as Ryan and has a number of future Trek sequels to look forward to, which could well ruin the Marvel filming schedule should he actually get the part. I'm voting for Captain Awesome at this time!

Dolph Lundgren - Cool Or Crazy?

WTF?

This video has to be watched to be believed, but not understood, in any way whatsoever...

This is a video of Dolph Lundgren appearing and "performing" on a European show where it starts off a little weird with the lights comically going out and the presenters dealing with it and then the Twilight Zone erupts onto the stage with old Dolph appearing from the darkness and performing Elvis whilst doing a wicked drum solo, breaking wood and ice blocks with his hands and feet and then he getting back onto the stage and finishing his song.

Totally frickin crazy...

Enjoy!

LOST - A Tale Of Two Oceanic Flight 815's

Have you started watching season 6 of Lost?

If not, why not?

Are you one of the many fans that gave up after season 1? I know that almost everyone I know did exactly that and haven't seen out this amazing show to its final conclusive season, which is a damned shame.

Either way if you have or haven't seen the first few eps of season 6 I'll tell you now that apart from the ultra confusing duel timeline/ alternate universe storyline that's now come about from the exploding bomb (oops did I spoil anything there?) there have been some very cool cameos by some old faces and some retreading on old familiar ground.

One such familiar scene was the original plane crash on Oceanic flight 815 that we saw in season 1 which has been recreated skillfully by the Lost team in season 6 to show just what happened when 815 didn't crash on the island.

A clever dick posted up both the original version and the new version side by side on Youtube for comparison and you can see just how accurate they got the whole thing the second time round.

New LOST Figures From Bif Bang Pow Are... Interesting?

Stay positive, stay positive...

OK it's pretty hard to truly stay positive, but as an avid collector of action figures and collectables myself I'm constantly on the look out for products that relate to the shows and movies I love to watch.

McFarlane brought out their own brand of LOST figures a couple of years back, but their static non-articulated nature didn't go down too well with fans and they can all now be found in most shops bargain bins next to the series 1 Heroes figures... Whilst working for my last job I'd been advised that new LOST figures were being released by Bif Bang Pow (a manufacturing partner to Entertainment Earth in the US) and I didn't really have that much of a problem with their Alex Ross Flash Gordon figures, although I personally thought that their Big Lebowski stuff was pretty awful (sorry BBP!), so I was intrigued to see what their new LOST line would look like.

Unfortunately I've only just seen their prototype figures and am pretty shocked that they've taken the 'Mego' look which only brings one thing to my mind when I look at them... Creepy little Thunderbird puppets.

Sufficed to say I won't be collecting these figures when they're released later this year after season 6 ends!

Pussycat Dolls' Kimberly Wyatt On Got To Dance = Wow...

Yes the old Kryptonian Warrior is back to posting and is on a mission to add everything he can possibly manage which has been missed over the last month and a bit that I've been absent from the blog.

To start us off here's a video of Kimberly Wyatt from the Pussycat Dolls doing an outstanding performance on the Sky 1 show 'Got to Dance' a couple of weekends ago.

I've never really been into too many of the UK reality shows we have on t.v. and apart from watching X-Factor, a little of Britain's Got Talent and last years Celebrity Get Me Out of Here I try and stay clear wherever possible. However I did happen upon Kimberly's performance whilst flicking channels recently and have to say I was amazed by her obvious skills.

Have a watch and see for yourself... ;)

REPOMEN TRAILER

This actually looks pretty good. Same old "evil corporation does evil things" angle, but the cast look pretty good and there are lots of explosions.

It may be a popcorn flick without much substance, but everyone needs a no brainer every now and again.

Check out the trailer.

HOLY F**KING LEFT FOR DEAD 2 SIZED SH*T!!! DLC ON ITS WAY!!!

Now I know everyone whined that the L4D 1 DLC was crap and should have been added onto the new game........I however loved it, although it was fairly short. Guess that's the upside of modern gaming; the developers can keep adding to their babies and make them even better, without delaying the games and leaving us hanging.

With that in mind, I have just read about the first DLC for L4D2..."THE PASSING" should be out early spring and will not only give me gaming with the new 4 character, but will also bring our 4 heroes from L4D1 back into the game.

KOTAKU.COM have posted the following:

Valve has revealed the first downloadable addition to Left 4 Dead 2, a new episode named "The Passing." The campaign, set after the events of "Dead Center," features a meet up between Ellis, Coach, Rochelle, and Nick and Bill, Francis, Zoey and Louis.

"The Passing" offers more than just a friendly Survivor get-together, adding one new "uncommon common" infected type, new weapons—one melee, one firearm—and "a new co-operative challenge mode of play." The new campaign will naturally be playable in Survival, Versus and Scavenge modes in addition to that still unannounced newer mode.

The new episode is "set in a small town in rural Georgia," according to Valve's release, keeping players in the role of Left 4 Dead 2's cast "as they meet with the L4D1 characters." Could "The Passing" offer 4-plus-4 cooperative multiplayer action, or are we just aiming too high?

Left 4 Dead 2's "The Passing" is scheduled for release in "early spring" for the PC and Xbox 360. Pricing has not yet been announced.

Great news. Can't wait for this one.....more zombie smashing!!!!!! And I miss Francis.....although he's a redneck moron!!

And on the subject of L4D1..there is also more DLC for the first game coming at the same time.....I think I love VALVE!! No details yet, but it should bridge the two games and bring the two stories together.

Can't wait!!!

TOM CLANCY STRIKES BACK! GR:Future soldier trailer.

Well GHOST RECON kicked ass when it hit the shelves, and I loved the game (overshadowed now only by L4D and COD:MW2) The trailer for GHOST RECON: Future soldier looks awesome and should kick it back to the top of the pile!!!

Check out the teaser and salivate!!!!

Roll on release day.....Fall (autumn for us non Americans) 2010

CENTURION MOVIE TRAILER

POWER EXTREME!!!!! Sorry, wrong Centurions. This time it's real Centurions, as in Roman and swords. Hadn't heard anything about this movie before watching the trailer, however it appears to have Noel Clarke (micky from Doctor Who) and a host of other British talent....as well as the sexy olga kurylenko.

It kinda has hints of GLADIATOR and KING ARTHUR, with a little bitta 300 thrown in for good measure..........however we all know how trailers can sometimes be deceiving.

Check out the trailer and I'll post a review when I've seen more.

ONE MORE REASON TO LOVE FRINGE.

Now, I love FRINGE...a lot. It's a weird, compelling, and well constructed SCI-FI series....strange that FOX still has it on the air, cause they usually bin anything that is remotely good and watchable.

I recently caught up with season to online and have fallen in love with it once again. They're driving the series to some pretty compelling stories, leading to a possible collision with with the other reality.

There's still no concrete news on whether FOX will renew the series for season 3 (get your hate mail ready in case they do the unthinkable......with TSCC and DOLLHOUSE already six feet under it's possible although FRINGE'S ratings kick the ass of both DOLLHOUSE and TSCC) but there are rumors of a renewal and FOX seem to love the improved ratings for the season season.

It's not often these days that you get an intelligent series, with good writing and a decent budget.................and a very very hot blond thrown in for got measure. I'll admit that most sci fi these days you get a hot girl or two but only FRINGE has Anna Torv.

Check out the eye wateringly hot pictures from ESQUIRE.....she don't look like this on the show.

Fingers crossed that we'll be seeming more FRINGE and more Anna very very soon!!!! DON'T GIVE ME ANY MORE REASON TO HATE YOU FOX....RENEW THIS NOW!!!!!

AND ON THE SUBJECT OF KATE BECKINSALE.....

Here is the best thing about WHITEOUT....1 minute and 17 seconds of Kate getting undressed (no nudity I'm afraid....almost but not quite)

Skip the rest of the bad movie and just watch the clip...much more satisfying.

Kate is still one of the hottest women alive........I'll forgive you for this utter rubbish.

THE THING PREQUEL NEWS

With THE THING prequel almost ready to shoot (March I believe) UNIVERSAL have announced that Mary Elizabeth WINSTEAD will be joining the cast.

From reports so far, WINSTEAD will play a PHD candidate bought in after the ship is discovered...as hot as she is, I can't see WINSTEAD having a PHD..unless it's in hair and makeup!!

Not that I'm prejudging her or anything...but most people with PH D's don't tend to do photo's with their lady lumps on display.....although if there are any HOT females with PH D's out there then I'll stand corrected about the semi naked photo's when the proof gets emailed in....LOL.

And here are the photo's of WINSTEAD...who played a memorable turn as John McClane's daughter in DIE HARD 2.0.

I love the original and have high hopes for the prequel.......as long as there is a shower scene....kinda worked with the crap movie WHITEOUT.....kate BECKINSALE bending over in her pants in the first 10 minutes........golden!!!!!

HOW TO SELL MOBILE PHONES - GET MEGAN FOX NAKED!!!

Well with KW absent and occupied elsewhere, I'll just pop a few posts on to keep everyone happy.

And to make the red-blooded males out there happy here's Ms FOX in a bathtub....naked expect for a few well placed bubbles.

I suddenly love MOTOROLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kryptonian Warrior M.I.A... Secret Reason Revealed!

Hi all,

As you've probably noticed there's been a severe lack of posts from kryptonianwarrior.blogspot.com over the last month and I for one haven't posted at all in that time.

There will be a bunch of posts very soon which should catch up with all the news we've missed out on here in the past few weeks, but for now let me say that there's a very good reason I haven't been on here recently...

I'm opening up my own comic/ collectable shop this year and I've been extremely busy trying to sort it all out. Yes that's right, to add the proverbial cherry on top of the geektastic cake that my life resembles I will be taking the bold step of opening up my own store here in Essex, which I can tell you now will be utterly frickin awesome, both in size and in content.

So forgive my M.I.A status and look forward to loads of info and pics along with many more posts to do with cool, geeky products, comics and everything else to do with the new job I'm taking on!

Ta ta for now!

LOVELY BONES TRAILER

I hadn't heard much about this movie and what it was about until I saw the trailer while I was watching THE ROAD (which is the most depressing movie ever - although very good)

Here's the trailer.....looks like Peter Jackson at his best. A blend of modern horror, murder mystery and fantasy drama all in one neat package.

Can't wait.
