CAPTAIN AMERICA - COSTUME REVEALED

Well we apparently have the official concept art for the new costume for Chris Evans' CAPTAIN AMERICA.

If this is what he's going to look like then it should be cool. I was wondering how they were going to get a spandex wearing GI into the modern world.....well apparently they're just going to make the suit more in line with real technology and military equipment.

I will reserve final judgement until we get the first shot of EVANS wearing the suit, but it looks pretty good.....kinda like the ULTIMATES version of CAP.

More when we get it.

FLASHFORWARD vs V - Did the right one win?

What do we all think about ABC's decision to cancel FLASHFORWARD in favour of V?? Neither series had massive ratings and although I like V, I still think FF had the edge and I found it easier to invest in the characters and plot of FF.

From the finale (which was tantalisingly good, and opened the series up for the next season) I would appear that not even the series creators were expecting to lose out to V..........I guess you should never count your chickens in TV land.
Maybe it was because FF spread the concept out too long before any sort of revelation and pay off with the series..............or maybe it was when ABC took it off the screen for months, cut down the season and then lost the audience on behalf of the show.................I guess ABC just were retarded and should stop pis*ing about with quality shows. I'm sure a lot of fans would happily admit that it was a slow burning series, but it defiantly picked up and started to get into it's stride towards the end of the series...........unfortunately too late as most of the fans had been put off with the "break" imposed by ABC.

Soooooooooooooooooo, we lose out on more FF but get more V. Is that a good thing?

Well yes and no. It's more sci fi on the screen and it's a decent enough series........so far not a patch on the old series (sorry, but it just had that edge, even though it is very 80's!!). My only concern is that the special effects are so damn crap!!! It's probably the worse blue (or green) screen special effects that I've seen since ANDROMEDA and B5 before they pumped some cash into it (you have to admit that the first few seasons were cheap!!!)

I think it boiled down to money in the end. ABC needed a sci fi show to return, V was cheaper due to all the blue screen work (FF had a lot more set pieces and on site shooting.......and clearly looked crisper, cleaner and more expensive)..........and they cashed in on having the Uber-hot Laura Vandervoort on the show.............how many times can they write her being in her underwear into the show!!!

Hopefully a few more.

I wouldn't count FF out yet. I think they'll be a fan backlash over the next few months and we may see a return in some format....I doubt that we'll see a return for the series, but a TV movie to end the show possibly or comic or similar..........we can but hope.

Here's a few Laura V pics to soften the blow on FF being cancelled, and one of the best scenes in the show.............the gun fight with the rollings stones playing in the background from episode 5 "give me some truth." A stand out moment for the series!!

I'm outta here.

Megamind - Newest Trailer

Another new trailer for the animated Megamind movie. I'm liking the look of this one, seems pretty funny! ;)

Best Season Finale This Year? Spoliers...

So having watched a whole bunch of season finale's in the last couple of weeks I just wanted to go over which one I enjoyed or hated the most and why...

Warning I'm going to give away major spoilers so don't read on if you haven't seen these finale's yet!!!

Chuck Season 3:

Being probably my favourite programme currently on T.V. it's a given that Chuck featured one of my favourite finale's. The season has been exemplary with Morgan and Ellie discovering that Chuck is a spy, Morgan becoming part of Team Bartowski, Sarah and Chuck becoming a true couple and Shaw turning to the darkside with a whopper of a twist and Chuck literally kicking ass all season. Then by the last episode Chuck was going nutty from the intersect and his flashes were playing up, dad created a device to control it all and then gets killed by a resurrected and Intersected Shaw (gasp!), Chuck and Team Bartowski defeat the ring and Shaw and then we find out that Mrs. Bartwoski (Chuck's Mum) is still alive and something to do with one of the spy organisations and his dad was a spy working for himself all along... Great T.V.! No real quibbles except that I didn't like the way that Captain Awesome seemed to be a bit neutered this season and Ellie was just a little annoying, not sure why.

10/10

Lost Season 6:

My second favourite show is, or should I say "was" LOST. Losing it's way slightly after the first couple of seasons LOST picked up strength and plowed it's way into season 5 and 6 with a vengeance. It certainly lost (no pun intended) a huge amount of fans and followers on the way, literally dumbfounding most with it's labyrinthine plots, sub-plots and confusing supernatural undertones, but by the final season it's loyal followers were ready to take the final journey and have their encyclopedia of questions answered once and for all. Unfortunately they were let down when only a handful of answers were actually handed out and most were washed over completely as if they'd never happened. Showing very strongly that the creators never actually had a full plot arc to begin with and were winging their way through the final few years hoping the confused masses would all think they knew what they were watching and would come to their own conclusions, the show finally gave us a reason all (or most) of the characters came to be there. A sacred light in the centre of the island that needed to be protected by a successor to the current protector Jacob who was in danger of being killed by his evil and supernaturally monstrous brother (Smokey/Locke/Evil dude in black)... The finale was as crazy as ever but was unbelievably emotionally charged and a full circle for Jack and his first moments on the island in episode 1. We found out that the alternate Losties were in fact dead spirits from way after all their own deaths who had unknowingly created a limbo where they would all meet up once again and travel with each other to the other side (Heaven?). They had all indeed been on the island for real for the whole time experiencing all that crazy crap... Cop-out and complete twoddle of course but I enjoyed watching it and was completely red-eyed by the final few seconds. Let it be known that there's more to come with a 12 minute epilogue featuring Hurley and Ben post finale for the season 6 DVD!

9/10

Fringe Season 2:

Fringe is my third favourite series and will probably jump to second now that LOST is gone forever ;(
You can't deny that Fringe started off like a blatant rip-off of the X-Files but as time has gone on the series has evolved substantially, playing out more like Sliders in the final moments of season 2. We finally see a shed load more of the alternate dimension that Peter was stolen from, including a whole other Fringe team and very hot red-headed version of Olivia. We finally confirm that Walter's double from the other side ("Walternate") is in fact the "Secretary" we keep hearing about and the instigator of all the shape-shifters and bad guys coming over from the other side. We find out that Walter's trip to grab Peter created holes on the other side that are far more devastating that anything we've seen in this world on Fringe and that William Bell is actually stuck over there and is a good guy after all, who eventually sacrifices himself to get everyone back to their own dimension. The final twist however (which I personally saw coming a mile off) is that the alternate Olivia is now on our side posing as our Olivia whilst our version is locked up by Walternate... Oh oh.

9/10

Smallville Season 9:

Smallville is a very strange animal... On the one hand it's the story of how a young Clark Kent, living and growing up in Smallville, becomes the man we know and love as Superman, the worlds greatest superhero of all time. On the other hand the creators of Smallville have been force feeding us a giant plate of horse-poop-smelling alternate dimension/timeline stories (a la JJ Abrams Star Trek) which have almost nothing to do with the history we know for the Man of Steel. Season 8 was only just passable with the hugely dissatisfying Doomsday storyline and season 9 came into play with a lot of worries on its shoulders and a lot of grovelling to do to its loyal fans. It failed in most respects but then did a total 180 with the JSA episode featuring Hawkman, Dr. Fate and Stargirl. Fans bowed down to the power of Geoff Johns and forgot about the entirely crappy and sickeningly awful inclusion of Major Zod and the Kandorians. What the hell happened again this season? Did we forget that Smallville is on it's last legs and needs to give us much more? Obviously so as it recently got renewed for it's tenth and final season... The finale certainly had its moments, not least of which were the beginning, five years in the future, where we get the "look up in the sky!" moment and a glint of Clarks Superman outfit in a box from his Mum etc later on. But all in all no matter whether Clark gave Zod an amazingly cool uppercut whilst they battled in the rain with no powers, no matter that Zod was finally defeated and that Mercy was burnt to death by him moments earlier, no matter that Ollie has been attached in the vents by unknown super powered assailants (Omacs? Darkseid's Parademons? P'd off Smallville fans?), no matter that we saw some JSA and JLA members on T.V. screens briefly (COP OUT!!!), no matter that Clark was stabbed by a blue Kryptonite dagger and fell off of a skyscraper roof in the shape of Jesus on the cross... It's not enough. (Let me just point something out here as well. Blue Kryptonite takes Kryptonian's powers away. It does not change DNA. The Book of Rao that transported the Kandorians to another world should have taken Zod and Clark regardless of whether they had no powers due to the Kryptonite or not. It would be based on Kryptonian DNA, not bloody powers... I give up!).
I didn't like the very end really either. There's no cliffhanger in pretending Clark's going to die when he's invulnerable (OK so no powers with the blue Kryptonite but c'mon, it's Clark and this is Smallville), it's not like they'll do a "Jimmy" and kill him off, replacing him with his younger brother also called Jimmy... Also we need to get with the flying already. Tom Welling may well be the one holding this moment back but it's just getting too old now. Every Kryptonian that gains powers can fly within 60 seconds but Clark can't get off the ground after almost two decades? Jesus...
Love Smallville, hate all the niggly things about it!

Flashforward Season 1:

Flashforward was a bit of a difficult series to enjoy. The missus and I sat and watched this together every week, and every single week we found something to complain about. It wasn't terrible by any means, but it wasn't great T.V. either. And now that it's been cancelled after only one season it seems we weren't the only ones thinking that. It had twists, it had suspense, it had a finale that everyone had been waiting a full 21 episodes to see, but in the end it wasn't enough. Most of the characters turned out to be too whiny and annoying, certain plot points didn't fit and felt so wrong the missus kept doing facepalms all the time. It was just too niggly to make it past season 1 and even with the second Flash Forward hitting in the final seconds giving us a 5 year jump, it all ended up being for nought. Goodbye Flashforward we didn't get to know you for long enough!

6/10

V series 1:

Hmmm... What can I say about V? Elizabeth Mitchell and Laura Vandervoort were pretty to look at for a whole season?... Well that's about it really.
V is a series that seemed to be fighting an uphill battle. It's running for its life on a steep treadmill and not actually getting anywhere. I never watched the original V T.V. series so I don't know if that was any good, but the 2009 version I would have to say is just plain bland. Not sure if it's the ropey green screen, the dodgy and tired acting by the cast, or the fact that the story each week is boring and uneventful... Either way it's not one I'll be sorry about being cancelled. The last episode only really had 3 moments of redeeming quality for me. Anna getting emotional, Lisa finally turning on her Mother and Joshua getting killed and then resurrected by Marcus (is Marcus Fifth Column like I thought?). Other than this the series has reached it's end as far as I'm concerned. Not even another scene with Miss Vandervoort stripping down to her undies could bring it back from the brink for me! Although it couldn't hurt to try of course...

Michael Bay Gets His Claws Into Another 80's Kids Franchise - Turtles!

Yep that's right retro fans, yet another much loved 80's cartoon and franchise - Teenage Mutant Ninja (or Hero) Turtles has fallen into the hands of Michael Bay.

Paramount, who picked up all of the rights to TMNT through Nickolodeon recently, has "brought on" Michael Bay and his production company Platinum Dunes to develop the new live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that's currently in the works. Platinum Dunes, run by producers Andrew Form and Brad Fuller, is usually known for making horror movies, mostly remakes, so they're trying something new by taking this on. The producers will start meeting with writers over the next few weeks, which may mean they'll be going at this from scratch again.

Back in April of last year it was announced that a new live-action TMNT movie was in the works, due in 2011 or 2012, and it was being developed by co-creator Peter Laird and (at the time) Legendary Pictures. But then Nickelodeon bought all the TMNT rights for $60 million and then Paramount gained control of the project. Thankfully, producers Galen Walker and Scott Mednick, who spoke at Comic-Con just last year about making this a darker movie inspired by the comics, are still on-board. However, the original script from John Fusco might be thrown out or reworked, but we don't know for sure, since not much else was revealed.

Now all I wanna hear is that Megan Fox is playing April O'Neil!!!

Actors Dennis Hopper & Gary Coleman Pass Away...

More sad news from Hollywood again as Dennis Hopper and Gary Coleman both died over the weekend.

Hopper made famous by movies such as Rebel Without a Cause, Easy Rider and Blue Velvet and better known to the younger generation for movies such as Speed, Waterworld and Super Mario Bros passed away at the age of 74 on the morning of May 29th due to complications caused by advanced prostate cancer.

Coleman was best known as a child actor who was well known for his small stature and for starring as Arnold Jackson in the US sitcom Diff'rent Strokes during the late 70's and 80's. Coleman has since suffered from financial worries, family issues, suicide attempts and assault charges. He fell over and hit his head on May 26th and by the 28th he had died from a epidural hematoma caused by the accident.

R.I.P Dennis and Gary. You will be missed and remembered.

Guillermo del Toro Backs Out Of Directing The Hobbit

Yes it's true Tolkien fans, the massive production delays on The Hobbit movies have claimed their biggest victim. None other that the director himself Guillermo del Toro.

The two picture deal which saw Peter Jackson And del Toro joining forces to bring Bilbo Baggins back to the big screen was set to start production this summer but unfortunately MGM placed the project in limbo recently and it seems that move pushed those closest away from the project altogether.

Guillermo stated:

“In light of ongoing delays in the setting of a start date for filming “The Hobbit,” I am faced with the hardest decision of my life. After nearly two years of living, breathing and designing a world as rich as Tolkien’s Middle Earth, I must, with great regret, take leave from helming these wonderful pictures. "The blessings have been plenty, but the mounting pressures of conflicting schedules have overwhelmed the time slot originally allocated for the project. Both as a co-writer and as a director, I wish the production nothing but the very best of luck and I will be first in line to see the finished product. I remain an ally to it and its makers, present and future, and fully support a smooth transition to a new director."

Peter Jackson then responded:

"We understand how the protracted development time on these two films, due to reasons beyond anyone’s control – has compromised his commitment to other long term projects. The bottom line is that Guillermo just didn’t feel he could commit six years to living in New Zealand, exclusively making these films, when his original commitment was for three years. New Line and Warner Bros. will sit down with us this week, to ensure a smooth and uneventful transition, as we secure a new director for the Hobbit. We do not anticipate any delay or disruption to ongoing pre-production work,"

Very unfortunate for LOTR fans, but there you go...

James McAvoy Lands Role As Young Xavier In X-Men First Class...

I can't say that I'm particularly happy with the fact that Hollywood has decided to go back to the beginning with the X-Men characters and produce a movie based on the First Class comic books. I'm a huge X-Men comic fan, as is Dark Knight, and although the final movie was a total washout for me (killing Xavier and Cyclops etc) and I wasn't a big fan of the Origins: Wolverine movie I was hoping for something other than going back to when they were all young and untrained.

Nonetheless First Class is getting made and the latest, and maybe biggest, news is that Wanted star James McAvoy has landed the main role of Professor Charles Xavier. There's no word in whether he'll portray a version of Charles that is young enough to still have hair and not be in a wheelchair (it was the debilitating power of his growing telepathic mind that forced him into the chair and he might not have reached that level by First Class) but I'm presuming he'll be both so that people recognise who he's supposed to be!

There's also no word yet on what other characters will appear in the movie, although the comics have Cyclops, Beast, Iceman, Angel and Marvel Girl (Jean Grey) in the initial line up. This could be a great film if done correctly, regardless of my feelings towards it, but it could also be a duff one like Last Stand. Only time will tell.

Resident Evil: Afterlife - New Pics

I've grown to like the Resi films, even though I thought they were pretty crap until a little while ago, and these new pics of Milla and the gang are enough to make me happy that there's yet another installment to the ongoing zombie franchise.

Enjoy!

Captain America Casting News & Avengers vs The Skrulls?

If I didn't mention it already the part of Red Skull in the new Captain America movie was finally given to Hugo Weaving (Matrix, LOTR), which I'm quite pleased about, but recent news is saying that Tommy Lee Jones has now also been offered a part in The First Avenger as some sort of army character who trains or is a mentor to Steve Rogers.

Quite pleased about that too of course and I'm hoping even more big names get added as time moves on, this is the pinnacle of Marvel movies for me before Avengers comes out so I want them to do it right from the get go. Hiring Weaving and Jones is a great step towards that goal.

Other news from the web states that The Avengers may well be facing the alien shape-shifters "The Skrulls" when it's released in 2012. Whilst I can definitely see that working as a story arc I can't help but think that something more like Ultron, Loki or an all powerful Mandarin (or even Fin Fang Foom) would be better suited to the scope of the movie. We need something that all the Avengers, not just Cap, Iron Man and Thor have to deal with. Sure an alien invasion is big enough but for me it lacks something. We'll see how that rumour turns out.

Megan Fox Quits Transformers 3? New Jonah Hex Pics & Trailer.

OK, so old news now, but hell I'm a depressed geek about this.

So yeah Miss Fox isn't renowned for her acting skills, she can probably get any other gig in the world and can happily walk away from the Transformers franchise, she probably got kicked out by Michael Bay for comparing him to Hitler (even though she said she quit of her own accord), and I'll still love the next Transformers movie whether she's in it or not... But damn... Megan Fox isn't going to be in it, and I'm p****d.

I loved the first two Transformers movies and maybe 50% of why I loved them is because I fell in love with Megan. It's going to be weird if Shia LaBeouf carries on, especially hearing that his new love interest in the movie is English model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (who in my own opinion isn't anywhere near Megan's league for hotness and isn't actually an actress), and Megan's character gets left by the wayside. A lot of people will probably have cheered that she's out of it now, but not me. I want all sins to be forgiven and for Megan to come back before it's too late! One can always dream...

Now that I've sobbed in the corner with the grief of Fox's departure I'm pleased to bring you the new trailer, some posters and a pic for her newest flick "Jonah Hex". Not sure about this one, we'll have to wait and see what it's actually like...

Predators - New Posters

Two new posters for the upcoming Predators movie.

Loving the tagline for the second one: "They are the most dangerous killers on the planet. But this is not our planet..."

A-Team Toys - First Official Pic...

This pic below shows the 3 3/4-inch line of new A-Team figures being produced by Jazwares (I believe Tomy are doing them in the UK from what I saw at this years Toy Fair) and not only features Face, Hannibal, Murdock and B.A. but also the awesome and very well known van too.

From what I can see these figures are pretty accurate to the actors features but it'll be more interesting to see what the 12 inch versions look like when their pics get released. For now you'll have to make do with this single pic of the small versions!

And just to add to the A-Taem fun, here's a poster and clip from the movie to get you all hyped up!

Scary Maze Trick... Never Gets Boring...

If you've never heard of or seen a video of the "Scary Maze" trick then you simply haven't lived.

I've been an unknowing player of this game myself and I can tell you that I almost had a bloody heart attack from it! But then nobody set me up, I played it online.

This video below is just one of thousands where family members and friends prank people by getting them to play this crazy maze game that, partway through, pops up with a scary witch face and screams at you... This is after it tells you to raise your volume up and stay close to the monitor so that you can concentrate. When I've got more time I'll post up more vids of these pranks as they always make me laugh...

What Happens When Star Wars Geeks From All Over The World Make Their Own Star Wars Clips? Star Wars - Uncut.

Casey Pugh put out a call to the Internet last year: help him remake Star Wars. To contribute, fans signed up for specific 15 second clips from the movie via Casey's website Star Wars Uncut. The instructions were simple — recreate the scene in any way they liked. (And boy did they ever.) Hundreds of clips and 472 fans later, Star Wars: A New Hope was born.

Here's the trailer:

Gatchaman - One Movie I Wanted To See...

Damn it... I hate it when something cool is planned and then destroyed because of money problems.

Imagi Entertainment (the guys who brought us TMNT and Astroboy) went bust recently and their proposed Gatchaman (Battle of the Planets for those of you, like me, that watched the English dubbed version back in the 80's) got canned.

This online teaser trailer shows just how cool it could have been if it went ahead... And yes, I only just came across it, even though it's not new!

Enjoy!

The Last Airbender - New Trailers & Poster.

Two new trailers, one in English, the other in Japanese which is pretty much the same, and a poster.

Liking the look of this one, has the potential of being epic!

Super Cool Shark Sleeping Bag, Space Slug Oven Mitt & Wampa Rug!

I want, I want!!!

OK so the Shark sleeping bag is a little freaky and would probably bring back horrible memories of that first time you watched Jaws, but the Star Wars (Empire Strikes Back) Space Slug oven mitt is a guaranteed piece of essential geek kitchenware and the Wampa Rug is just shear awesomeness.

I WANT!!!

Batman XXX - A Porn Parody? (Safe For Work).

What will the world of adult entertainment come up with next?

Cashing in on the recent popularity of superhero movies, and taking its theme directly from Adam West's 60's Batman T.V. series, Batman XXX is a porn movie like no other... Luckily the trailer and the pics are safe for work as they show nothing that would make you think this was anything other than a fan film (quite a passable one though, I mean did you see the Joker? He looks scarily like the 60's Cesar Romero version! And the guy doing, er I mean 'portraying', Batman is pretty accurate too.). The only thing that gives it away is that Ron Jeremy is in it! Oh and the end credits when all the names appear... Could you have more pornstar-like names? Nope, I think not. QUICK, TO THE BATMOBILE!!!

Anyway, here's the trailer and a few pics:

Star Wars Weekends Advertisement Posters...

Advertising Disney's Hollywood Studio's Star Wars weekends, these 6 posters below are simple yet effective.

My favourites are probably the At-At parking and the old lady being scared of Darth Vader on the train-cart thingy... Although General Grievous holding light-up spinners and balloons with the little kid watching in wonder is a good one too.

Enjoy!

Street Fighter: Legacy - Fan Made Mini Movie...

Created by actor, filmmaker and Street Fighter fan Joey Ansah this mini movie showcasing Ryu and Ken from the Street Fighter video gaming series is worth a look if you're a SF nut, especially if you wanna see a couple of the famous special moves done better than the Jean Claude Van-Damme movie!

Enjoy!

Hilarious video of Darth Vader recording a GPS voice!

This recent video of Darth Vader recording his voice for the TomTom GPS device is actually really funny and even though I'm sure it's actually not James Earl Jones doing the voice it's still pretty damn accurate. Loving the "This is how I breath", "Roundabound" and Dark Lord of the Sith singing his own themetune at the end bits...

Fantastic Organ Player Plays Famous Movie Themetunes To Perfection!

The missus pointed something out to me last week which was in one of her latest girlie mags about a Japanese lady who has a penchant for dressing up like a dinosaur and playing the organ... That might seem a little strange but when you actually listen to her play the various pieces of well known music you get blown away at how bloody cool they are and how accurately she's portraying them... That's no ordinary organ, and obviously no ordinary lady either.

Here are a few of her Youtube clips but there are literally dozens more online.

And just for fun here's a bunch of birds singing Darth Vader's Imperial March theme tune from Star Wars!

No Ordinary Family - Trailer = Live Action Incredibles?

After the cancellation of Heroes (who didn't see that happening?) it seems there's now an open slot for a new superhero show and it appears that Disney Pixar's 'The Incredibles' are the inspiration for this newest creation.

No Ordinary Family synopsis:

The Powells are about to go from ordinary to extraordinary. After 16 years of marriage, Jim and Stephanie's relationship lacks the spark it once had, and their family life now consists of balancing work and their two children, leaving little time for family bonding. During a family vacation set up by Jim in an attempt to reconnect, their plane crashes into the Amazon River. But this is where the fun starts for the Powells, as they soon discover that something's not quite right. Each of them now possesses unique and distinct superpowers. But saving and savoring their family life will be equally important, as they try to find purpose for their new powers and embark on a journey to find out what defines and unifies them. The Powells are a totally relatable family who happen to be a little bit amazing.

Michael Chiklis ("The Shield") stars as Jim Powell, Julie Benz ("Dexter") as Stephanie Powell, Romany Malco ("The 40-Year-Old Virgin") as George St. Cloud, Tate Donovan ("Damages") as Mitch McCutcheon, Autumn Reeser as Katie Andrews, Christina Chang as Yvonne Cho, Kay Panabaker as Daphne Powell and Jimmy Bennett as JJ Powell.

This does actually look pretty cool and could be a funny and endearing new superhero series. We'll see how it does when it's released later this year.

Young Justice Cartoon - First Pic

This is old news from back in April but as I haven't posted for almost 3 months I thought I'd put this up anyway.

"Young Justice", the teenage super-team from the DC Universe consisting of Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis will air on Cartoon Network sometime in late 2010.

This is the official synopsis:

Being a teenager means proving yourself over and over – to peers, parents, teachers, mentors and, ultimately, to yourself. But what if you’re not just a normal teenager? What if you’re a teenage super hero? How much harder will it be to prove yourself in a world of super powers, super villains and super secrets? Are you ready to come of age in such a world? Are you ready for life or death rites of passage? Are you ready to join the ranks of the great heroes and prove you’re worthy of the Justice League? The members of Young Justice—Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis—are about to find out. “There’s much more to come from DC Entertainment,” said Geoff Johns, DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer. “This is just the beginning.”

Personally I'm looking forward to the show. The animation (based on the below pic) looks crisp and clear and it looks to simply be an older version of the wacky Teen Titans cartoon that started a few years back. Shame that the legal wranglings prevented Wonder Girl from appearing and strange that Aqualad is now black... Nothing wrong with that of course, I guess if they were going to choose one of this lot to change race then they'd get the least amount of fan-flack by changing Aqualad!

Batman Under The Red Hood Teaser Trailer...

DC's most recent upcoming animated movie "Batman: Under The Red Hood" is almost upon us and here is the most recent teaser trailer to whet your appetites. Personally I think this looks great and these DC animated features seem to be getting darker and darker... Which for me is a good thing!
