I didn't really believe this news when it broke a week or so ago but it seems that actors Mekhi Phifer and Bill Pullman are to join the new 4th series of Torchwood!
Phifer (Lie to Me & 8 Mile) is set to play CIA agent Rex Matheson and Pullman (Independence Day & Spaceballs) is playing Oswald Jones, a very clever convicted murderer who is released with far reaching consequences.
Strange but true!
