Hey guys, after the awesomeness that was the Doctor Who Cardiff premiere of Deep Breath it kicked off a mammoth world tour which began in Wales yesterday, here are some of Peter Capaldi's thoughts on the show and where it's heading!

Guardians of the Galaxy pic post!

So like many I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy at the weekend and fell in love. I'm unsure if this is still post movie hype but right now it feels like the best film I have ever seen and possibly ever will see. If you haven't seen it, I highly suggest you do, it's funny, touching, full of action and feel good moments, after sharing every related picture on my facebook today I thought I'd post some of my favourites here. There is a lot of Groot and Draxx love as they're my favourite characters (sorrynotsorrry) and obviously there may be spoilers ahead. You have been warned. Enjoy.

Digivolution

Toei Animation have announced that to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Digimon that they are making and new series based around the original Digidestined. We know that Tai will make a return at the of seventeen and that it will start sometime in the Spring of 2015. I'm so looking forward to this.

SDCC Mass Effect panel

 Bioware just released this video of the coverage from their Mass Effect panel at SDCC this year. I am extremely excited and a little shocked as I assumed this is the kind of info we'd be getting from E3 this year instead of that tiny little teaser that told us almost nothing. DC Animation Announces Batman vs. Robin And Justice League: Gods And Monsters!

"Batman Vs. Robin" and the Bruce Timm-written "Justice League: Gods and Monsters" will join the previously announced "Justice League: Throne of Atlantis" on the DC Universe Animated Original Movie slate for 2015.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment made the announcement at the Comic-Con International following the world-premiere screening of "Batman: Arkham Assault."

"Batman Vs. Robin" appears to be loosely based on the well-received DC  Comics' storyline "Batman: The Court of the Owls," by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo. "Justice League: Gods and Monsters" features an original story by Timm, and isn't related to the 2001 comic "JLA: Gods and Monsters" by Dan Jolley and Josh Krach.

As revealed last week, "Throne of Atlantis" stars Matt Lanter ("Star Wars: The Clone Wars") as the voice of young Arthur Curry as he discovers his undersea heritage. It's a continuation of the story that began in "Justice League: War," and will also feature Jason O'Mara as Batman, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern, Rosario Dawson as Wonder Woman, Jerry O'Connell as Superman, Shemar Moore as Cyborg, Christopher Gorham as The Flash, Sean Astin as Shazam.

"Justice League: Throne of Atlantis" will be released early next year on DVD, Blu-ray, digital HD and On Demand. No other details were provided for "Batman Vs. Robin" and "Justice League: Gods and Monsters."

Predestination - Trailer

Ethan Hawke plays a time travelling law enforcer in Predestination. Adapted from Robert Heinlein’s short story All You Zombies, the film sees the hero hunting down the one criminal that always manages to elude him.

A strange looking film, but it looks intriguing nonetheless.

Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice - SDCC Trailer Images

Unfortunately for those of us that weren't in the building at SDCC this year watching the Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice talk we didn't get to see the short teaser video that was shown of Batman in his armoured Dark Knight Returns suit facing off in the rain against a red-eyed hovering Supes...

Fortunately the video leaked and some us got to watch it before they were then all torn down from Youtube and the like by Warner Bros. soon after.

If you didn't get to see the footage yourself all that I can offer you are these images taken from the grainy video by some helpful chap online giving you at least an idea of what to expect before the official version gets released. Enjoy!

And yes Batman's suit is based on this one!

Arrow - Season 3 Extended Ra's al Ghul Trailer!

Okay so the title of the post has ruined a large part of the season 3 storyline by confirming that DC villain (well known in the Batman comics) Ra's al Ghul will be making an appearance, but it's an awesome spoiler and it's tacked straight onto the end of the new equally awesome season 3 teaser trailer (the season 2 stuff comes first so just wait).

Game Of Thrones Season 5 - New Cast Member Announcement Video!

If you're a Game of Thrones TV show fanatic like most people (including me) then you'll be pleased with this new cast member announcement video for season 5. Details for each character are then listed underneath. :)





Alexander Siddig as Doran Martell. Doran Martell is the ruling lord of Dorne and older brother to the late Prince Oberyn Martell. Unlike his brother, Doran is even-tempered and deliberate. Now, all of Dorne waits to see how their lord will react to his brother’s death.

Toby Sebastian as Trystane Martell. Trystane Martell is Prince Doran’s son and heir to Dorne. His father betrothed him to Myrcella Baratheon as part of the alliance offered by Tywin Lannister, then Hand of the King.

Nell Tiger Free as Myrcella Baratheon. Myrcella Baratheon is officially the eldest child of Cersei Lannister and the late King Robert Baratheon, though in truth her father is Cersei’s own brother, Jaime Lannister. For years, she has been a guest and ward of Prince Doran, betrothed to his son, but her position has become tenuous with the death of Oberyn Martell, the Prince’s brother.

DeObia Oparei as Areo Hotah. Areo Hotah is the long-serving captain of Doran Martell’s palace guard, renowned for his loyalty and his longaxe.

Enzo Cilenti as Yezzan. Yezzan was an extremely wealthy slave trader before Daenerys Targaryen outlawed the slave trade.

Jessica Henwick as Nymeria (“Nym”) Sand. Nym Sand is the second eldest of the late Prince Oberyn’s bastard daughters. Her mother was an Eastern noblewoman who brought Nym up to be cultured, graceful and deadly with a whip.

Rosabell Laurenti Sellers as Tyene Sand. Tyene Sand is the daughter of the late Prince Oberyn Martell by Ellaria Sand, his final paramour. Tyene is fiercer than she looks, especially with her twin daggers.

Keisha Castle-Hughes as Obara Sand. A fearsome warrior, Obara Sand is the eldest bastard daughter of the late Prince Oberyn Martell. Her mother was a Dornish peasant girl who caught the eye of the late Prince.

Jonathan Pryce as the High Sparrow. A devout and pious man, the High Sparrow came to King’s Landing to serve those forgotten by much of the world – the poor, the downtrodden and the infirm – and quickly amassed a large following. His fellow believers have swarmed over the city, ministering to the lowest and decrying the corruption of the highest.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron - First Official Mega Poster!

This week during the San Diego Comic Con there have been multiple character posters released by Marvel featuring each member of the Avengers from the upcoming sequel "Age of Ultron" forming pieces of a larger puzzle.

Below you'll find the final amalgamated image with all the puzzle pieces put together to form one epic battle pic with one of the most exciting things being the tiny teaser image of The Vision (Paul Bettany) in the top left corner with Quicksilver hovering above the Ultron drones looking (so far) like the Vision we know and love from the comics.

Seriously can't wait for this, my most anticipated movie of 2015!
