Magic Monday - Top Ten Hans Zimmer
Welcome to Magic Monday with your resident Mistress of Magic! This week I want to alert you all to the amazing talent of German Film composer and music producer Mr Hans Zimmer. Some of you may have heard of him but I can almost guarantee that if you're reading this blog right now you've probably heard at least one track of his fantastic work. Still not convinced? Have you seen the latest Amazing Spider-man film? The Dark Knight? The pirates of the Caribbean perhaps? And let's face it everyone's seen the Lion King right? Zimmer has composed music for over one hundred films and they're just a few. I've always been a sucker for movie soundtracks,as one of our five senses it really can make or break a scene and after seeing The Amazing Spider-man 2 I've been asked many times if it was any good the first thing I've told everyone "The music is absolutely amazing!" The first thing I did when I got home from the cinema was buy me that soundtrack and I was pleased to learn the score was written by Hans Zimmer himself. So now, as an ode to the gentleman who's music has filled many a happy, dramatic, beautiful, tragic and intense moment with his art I give to you, my top ten (in no particular order) of Hans Zimmer which I'm sure many of you will recognise!
1. My enemy (Paranoia) from The Amazing Spider-man 2
2. He's a Pirate from The Pirates of the Caribbean
3. Tennessee from Pearl Harbor
4. Chevaliers de Sangreal from The Da Vinci Code
5. Like a dog chasing cars from The Dark Knight
6. We are Free from The Gladiator
7. Once upon a time in Africa from Madagascar 2
8. An ideal of Hope from Man of Steel
9. Injection from Mission Impossible 2
10. This Land from The Lion King
As I've said these are just a few of the films he composed music for and I hope you've enjoyed listening to them as much as I have! Don't forgot to listen closely to the next film you see! Stay Magic guys ;)

Doctor Who The Mutants review!
Hello all,
As a recent obsessive Whovian for the classic years of Doctor Who particularly the Pertwee era is my absolute favourite due to the fact there's some smashing frilly shirts and velvet jackets and the cape, oh the cape; it actually flaps when he runs!
I haven't heard a great love for this episode but for me I think it is a stunning story which involve a catfish like monster which actually isn't a monster at all, and there lies the beauty of this story.
The story begins with the Doctor and Jo ,who for me is one of the most unique and brilliant companions ever, at the lab where a mysterious ball like object appears from the time lords but which can only be opened by the person it is meant for. A funny moment for me was when Jo looked at it and said;
"Lunch"?
The Doctor replies, "No".
"Bomb"? She asks.
To which the Doctor becomes a little irritated and hastily walks off into the TARDIS as it's light begins to flash which tells the Doctor he will be taken to where to the person the object belongs too.
I think this comedy element really encapsulates Jo's character as she just automatically thinks that any mysterious object that falls into the hands of the Doctor could be a bomb.
The TARDIS lands in the 30th century on a planet named Solos where the Marshall becomes the obvious evil and insane one.
Additionally, I think the actor who played him showed real menace and just looking into his eyes I could see a real arrogance and viviousness behind them.
The story behind the Mutants I think was an intelligent and thought out concept which were able to change the audience's opinion of them and show that not all the aliens the Doctor encounters are evil or have an agenda.
These rather cute little critters were in fact Solonians who had mutated too quickly and therefore were not able to fully evolve into their superior selves which is what happened eventually to one the citizens; Kai played an American actor who manages to pull off his English accent quite convincingly.
As Jo is once again tied up, I thought her fake collapse to gain the upperhand with the guard was hilarious as she quickly grabbed his gun and said, "Right"! in a rather annoyed but authoriative tone.
Concludingly, the Doctor and Jo's retreat was I think typical Doctor style to make up a rather unconvincing lie to ensure their swift escape.
The Doctor and Jo's relationship I think is very playful and jokey in this episode and the Doctor appears to act like Jo's father in a way as he always appears incredibly protective of her and seems to hold her hand a lot which is why I love this era of Doctor Who; the Doctor has a unique relationship with his companion and they get to play with lots of amazing stories!

Agents of SHIELD Turn, Turn, Turn review
Hey there,
The next chapter of the agents of SHIELD franchise has brought another episode fuelled by action, a fast pace of story, unexpected twists upon twists and emotion.
Carrying on from the last episode, the reveal of the Clairevoyant looked to be one of the agents themselves which seems to be the case in new dramas as the writers try to show their viewers the unexpected which is a great thing, you never want your characters to become predictable.
As the story begin with the SHIELD plane nearly getting blown up, I thought it was a brilliant shove into the story.
As the team were hounded by their own colleagues I began to feel really excited as to where the characters would retreat too and what their plans would be to stay alive.
I think it's fascinating to see characters thrown out of familiar enviroments and thrust into a world they don't like or feel they don't belong too.
Melinda May was given much more layers which allowed her to show her loyalties to the organisation and in fact was revealed to not be one of the so called bad guys.
I like the reactions from the rest of the team as they realised that the trust between them and her had been destroyed.
I don't think Skye brandishing a gun really fitted into her character but as she had now become an official SHIELD agent, it's a neccessity for them to yield a weapon even though I think Skye's weapon is her brain..... not literally because that would really be gross and she wouldn't be able to throw her brain if she was dead.
I'm relieved that Hydra was explained as I was worried I would lose a part of the story and therefore my faithful viewing would be for nothing.
The relationship between Ward and Skye developed nicely and I was glad that they didn't just decide to delcare their feelings and then start getting physical; I think a real human approach worked to their advantage.
In addition, I was utterly gobsmacked as Ward killed his fellow friends and was revealed to be an agent of Hydra, his blank and stare like gaze gave a real sense of uneasiness to his character and kept my jaw firmly on the ground for a good few minutes afterwards.
A stunning, cleverly written, visual amazing episode!

EVOLVE - New Awesome Interactive Gameplay Video!
At this time I haven't jumped into the pool of next gen consoles with the XBox One and the PS4 but there's usually a game that pushes me to do so. In this case it's possibly going to be EVOLVE, made by the same people that made my current favourite game Left 4 Dead 2, and you'll probably see why with the video below.
The vid should play from multi points of view with the commentary on the first time round but you do have the choice of watching the multiplayer gameplay from anyone's perspective with the buttons highlighted on the bottom of the Youtube vid window. Or as it states on Youtube:
INSTRUCTIONS: Turn Annotations [ON] | The in-game HUD elements like health bars, jetpack meters, and player names have been hidden for this video. You can track Goliath's health and Hunters' incap states from the controls at the bottom of the screen. Use the annotations on the same overlay to switch between perspectives in real-time throughout the match.
Love this and can't wait to try it out!
Batman Beyond - Darwyn Cooke's 75th Anniversary Batman Animation!
I posted up Bruce Timm's 75th Anniversary Batman vid the other day and now we have artist Darwyn Cooke's contribution with this awesome little Batman Beyond video.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Movie News Rundown Of The Week!
Below you'll find this week's movie news rundown featuring tidbits from around the web.
So last week we finally got confirmation that a 6th Resident Evil movie was moving forward with the working title of Resident Evil: Rising. Paul W.S. Anderson will return to the directing chair and Milla Jovovich will of course return as Alice, but we also now know that Resident Evil: Retribution's Ada Wong a.k.a Bingbing Li will also be returning. The only details on the plot so far are that Alice and her crew will be rushing to The Hive where the Red Queen (the malevolent computer system that looks like a little girl) plots destruction over the entire human race. Love them or hate them the Resi movies make big bucks in Hollywood and they're an acquired taste, but I actually do like them.
In my household Mrs. Doubtfire is a staple of the Friday movie night and news that a sequel may well be coming our way was welcome to say the least. Supposedly it's being reported that the 1993 comedy will get a second outing starring Robin Williams again in the title role and Chris Columbus back in the director's chair. The sequel has been in the works since 2001 due to the popularity of the original but at this time there's no word on the plot. I'd love to see some more of the original cast return though!
The Batman vs. Superman movie is quickly becoming a Justice League movie with the announcement this week of actor Ray Fisher landing the role of Cyborg in the Man of Steel sequel. This is on top of news yesterday that Jason Momoa may be our Aquaman... Hmmmm.
Vin Diesel posted up a pic on Facebook this week that showed Paul Walker's brothers on the set of Fast and Furious 7 which resumed filming again recently after Paul's tragic death. Both baring a striking resemblance to Paul it would seem that Cody Walker will help to complete the filming eventually retiring the character completely from the film series.
Rockne O'Bannon, the creator and showrunner of the original Farscape series, confirmed at WonderCon last week that the film adaptation is in development, though it's still in the very early stages.
"Yeah, yeah, it’s the worst kept secret," O'Bannon said. "We’re far from production, but yeah, the first step is Justin [Monjo] working on a script for us. We’ll keep our fingers crossed."

Will a Torchwood comeback ever happen?
Hello all,
I've read many articles about Torchwood's revival and became quite annoyed at the fact that many people were saying that it didn't seem likely that the story would continue because of low ratings and the fact that some fans didn't like how apparently American the show had became.
I totally disagreed with this because to me I was just thrilled that there was another series of the show that's got so much vibrancy and uiqueness to it that it deserved to continue.
Admittedly, when I heard that series four was going to be mainly based in America, I was a bit like 'I don't know whether Torchwood will still be Torchwood', but after watching Miracle Day I knew instantly that this was still the very same show I had come to adore due to the fact that the characters of Captain Jack, Gwen and Rhys were still the same but had grown and each had found new lives for themselves but which still felt familiar.
Also, there were many episodes where the story was still based largely in Wales with Gwen trying to save her sick father from being cooked, then fighting to conceal him after wheeling him out of the concentration camp.
Personally, I felt that if this were to actually happen for real and there were a band of alien fighters who speicalised in strange alien phenomena then they would have to travel anywhere in the world to be able to deal with such an enormous catastrophe so in terms of storytelling, I think it was the right choice to be sending the main characters all over the world and not just keeping them in Cardiff.
Although, I think this is why a lot of people related to the show because they could genuinely believe that this world could exist close to where they live and therefore it was exciting and fascinating.
Even though it has been three years since series four; I am a faithful and dedicated Woodie who believes that a show this epic and unique will come back in one shape or form.
Even if there wasn't enough money to make another television series, how about a comic continuation? Just a thought.
I will forever wait for Torchwood because it's- RHYFEDDOL!

Third installment of "The Hobbit" retitled!
Seventeen hours ago the great Hobbit of New Zealand himself spoke and announced that instead of "There and back again" we would find ourselves looking forward to a third installment of what has become "The Hobbit" trilogy by a different name instead "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" which, although I really did love the title "There and Back again" this title does fit the upcoming film better judging from the direction the movies has taken and the plot of the original book itself. Here is the explanation from the man himself from his Facebook page:
"Our journey to make The Hobbit Trilogy has been in some ways like Bilbo's own, with hidden paths revealing their secrets to us as we've gone along. “There and Back Again” felt like the right name for the second of a two film telling of the quest to reclaim Erebor, when Bilbo’s arrival there, and departure, were both contained within the second film. But with three movies, it suddenly felt misplaced—after all, Bilbo has already arrived “there” in the "Desolation of Smaug".
When we did the premiere trip late last year, I had a quiet conversation with the studio about the idea of revisiting the title. We decided to keep an open mind until a cut of the film was ready to look at. We reached that point last week, and after viewing the movie, we all agreed there is now one title that feels completely appropriate.
And so: "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" it is.
As Professor Tolkien intended, “There and Back Again” encompasses Bilbo’s entire adventure, so don’t be surprised if you see it used on a future box-set of all three movies."
So there we have it! Are you looking forward to it? Those of you who've read the book how do you think PJ is handling the screen adaption? Anyone else planning to take a box or two of "man-size" tissues to the opening night? (...Just me then...) Drop me a comment below and let me know what you think! Until next time stay magical ;)

Review Of Amazing Spider-Man 2
Hi Guys,
So what did I think of the second comic book film of the year? I really enjoyed myself while watching this movie. It has great action, a great cast and a coherent story. Andrew Garfield puts in a great performance as the title character, he does both Peter's angst and Spidey's humour equally well, Emma Stone plays Gwen Stacy well as both Peter's supportive girlfriend and as an individual who has her own life. Sally Field is awesome as Aunt May trying to work out how to keep things going after the death of Ben in the first film but still coming to terms with his death.Dane DeHaan and Jamie Foxx do well as our villains showing us how being normal is a struggle and what would if you lost yourself to the negative side of life. Paul Giamatti was good as Aleksei Sytsevich but wasn't really in it enough to be considered a main cast member.
I thought Harry was a little rushed but not as badly as in Spider-Man 3. I think introducing multiple new villains together doesn't work well because one of them will overshadow the rest.My only other problem with the film was the pacing. One minute we're having a slow heartfelt moment with Gwen then we're fighting Electro, next we're checking in with Aunt May making sure she's OK then we're web-swinging across New York. I know they're different kinds of scenes and they should move at their respective speeds but it just seemed jarring and doesn't flow right for me.
Being a comic geek I loved the little references here and there:
- The scene with Gwen and Spider-Man had me mind-shouting at the screen for it to end knowing Gwen's history with bridges.
- Norman Osborn being green and having long fingers made me smile.
- Having Alistair Smythe as Max Dillion's boss was great.
- Peter's ringtone being the 60's cartoon's theme.
- Stan Lee's obligatory cameo.
One final thing I have to comment is the music in the film, more specifically the music they use for Electro. I've got to admit I despise dub-step with fiery passion, but even I'll say it fit Electro perfectly.
The film wasn't perfect but it still gets an 8 out of 10 from me and I can't wait for the next one.
Buffy comic review season 9 volume 5 'The core'
Hello again,
This is currently the latest installment of the continuation of the Buffy universe. I think this volume was based around Xander and his developing love for Dawn and him realising how powerful his feelings are that had enablde him to lie to Buffy and Willow, finally admitting to them at the end that Simone (a crazy slayer terrorist turned vampire who believed slayer were superior to humans) had decidly doddled off as a rogue agent, and the Scoobie's xplaining that that wasn't what a slayer was.
Additionally, I found the story rather exciting as the gang went on another adventure to save a member of their family. It felt like the writer's were trying to showcase family orientation within the Buffy world and their courage to travel anywhere and do anything to save them.
As an enormous fan of Illyria and her blueiness I found this edition to be particularly loved in my fangirl favour as Illyria and Willow were in the same story even though they didn't really talk to one another.
I did think that Willow would have made some kind of commnunication with Illyria as the body she now inhabited was the person Willow used to find rather appealing.
The concept of Willow discovering a new seed of magic for the world was surprisingly poignant because I felt like her character was given a piece of herself that she thought she'd lost.
Buffy and Xander's relationship has left me puzzled during it progression in the comic seasons just because I can never distinguish if Buffy just loves Xander as a friend or whether there is something deeper there lying dormant within her. I shall have to wait and see but I don't think anything would change their relationship as Xander has proven in his story how deep his love for Dawn is.
The artwork was creatively dramatic with different styles of sketching the outlines of the characters and the use of colour to light different areas of the their faces, it was stunning!
Please bring me season 10..... NOW!

Agents of SHIELD review
Hey there,
Following last week's episode of Agents of SHIELD I felt like I should talk about the episode and how the show has progressed so far.
This story contained many twists and shocks that I thought was a great decision because this is what keeps the audience engaged and enables them to question the characters and keeps them to try to understand who they are and thier complexities.
Mai's sudden betrayal for me was completely unexpected because she seemed so loyal and dedicated to Carlson and the SHIELD itself.
I think this brought an intriguing insight into her character and what her motivations are that have driven her to lie to her team.
Ward's actions of killing a man suddenly and cold heartedly enabled me to see his character from another perspective which raised some questions about his capabilities and if his character could be trusted to prevent his feelings for his team i.e Sky from taking drastic and harrowing action even if the man he did kill was a killer himself, I believed he was better than that.
As the team discovered who the double agent was, as another twist fell into the first twist I found myself wanting to discover the head of SHIELD's motivations for being some bad ass, untrustworthy not very nice leader of the SHIELD pack.
The villain of the piece; the Clairvoyant; I think is a believable foe that you can see that he is a storng threat for the SHIELD team.
His weapons are very slick and seemed to hold my attention because sometimes with new villains, their powers can become quite predicable and tedious but this particular enemy does not.... very smart.
I'm very excited to learn what drives these characters and where the story is heading, and just to point out- I love Carlson's accent; it is very smooth.......

Magic Monday: Divergent review
Welcome to Magic Mondays!
As your resident Mistress of Magic I'd like to invite you to join me here on Kryptonian Warrior every Monday for my review or article of the week. Starting today! I'll still bring you the good stuff I find in the week but rest assured there will now be a weekly dose of your favorite magician! Now on with the review!
Divergent hit cinemas here in the UK on April 4th and as a huge fan of the books I've been super excited waiting for this moment to come and now it has finally arrived and after cringing and moaning through so many adaptions and "based on" movies and TV shows stemming from good books I think someone finally got it right!
Being semi perfectionists and having a keen eye for detail as I'm sure most of us are (especially when it comes to shows, films, books and fandoms we love) we do seem to enjoy having a good moan about details left out, content added in, things that just weren't quite right and for the most part I think we tend to understand on some level at least that to make a film or a TV show from a book/comic isn't always as easy as just getting actors to act out every scene. It has to be the right pace to keep an audience interested, intriguing enough to encourage people outside the fandom to watch and explain enough that those new people can understand what's going on along side a million other things.
Divergent balanced this his very well, pacing and explanation was good, not once did my husband have to ask me what was going on and the faction system was described really well, so much so that we easily had a very animated discussion afterwards about what factions we'd be in! (Dauntless for him, Amity for me). There were (as with most film adaptations) a few things that weren't "quite right" but not things that were huge enough to affect the story in any big way, it all still made sense and you still got a good feel for most of the characters. I was very impressed that they even captured a lot of the happy group of friends scenes with Christina, Will and Al which I love and really help to break that part of the film up and stop it from becoming a training montage.
There were a few scenes right at the end that did change, someone in a scene they shouldn't be for example and the way the simulation is stopped is quite different from the book but so very satisfying that I actually preferred it to the way it's done in book. So in my opinion they added good bits, changed a few of the longer slightly boring scenes around and compressed it into this really enjoyable 139 minutes of film. I couldn't be more pleased! It was especially nice to see a lot of the designs really come to life, I don't think the books really capture the size and scope of the city as well and seeing the futuristic and believable guns and clothes are something I really enjoy in a good film.
I also wanted to mention that some of the acting in this film was superb! It's satisfying to see characters you know really come to life how you imagine them. For me Jai Courtney as Eric was fantastic! He had the right mix of being a smart, calculating and hard as nails tough guy that made you a little scared of him. Zoe Kravitz as Christina was mouthy and stubborn (PURE Candor!) Ben Hughes as Will was the smart and kind side of Erudite, even Miles Teller portrayed Peter perfectly without a very instrumental scene to show us just how far he's willing to go to get what he wants, he still gets that across really well and you can really see the anger, jealousy and contempt for everyone in every little movement. Shailene Woodley also brought Tris to life really well and did a spectacular job at showing who Tris really is, watching her change and grow which is so very important for this series of films and books.
Then the two stars of the film for me were Kate Winslet as Jeannie Matthews and Theo James as Four. Winslet did more than bring Jeannine to life for me, she BECAME her, every little detail from the way she held herself, her facial expressions, the way she spoke that made you want to hang on every word she said. She completely embodied Jeannie Matthews for me. The same can also be said for James as Four. As my favorite character in the whole of the series I was really worried how they would pull him off, he's strong, he's tough, he's closed off and stern but vulnerable and intense all at the same time and you can really see all the emotions when he's not even saying anything, it's incredible. Like Four, when he does speak he demands respect amongst the other initiates but he can be kind and gentle as well. I won't go on too much more as I'm trying to keep this review as spoiler free as possible.
If you haven't already seen Divergent or read the books I strongly suggest you do both! Both are fantastic pieces of work and really enhance each other. I give this film 8.5 out of 10
Is Sheldon an alien?
Hello all,
I have always queried this question many times in my head, and so I thought if I wrote it all down I may actually have an answer to the question.
1) He has no conprehension about relationships and the reason for them. Now I sometimes am the same when it comes to these and I wondered myself if I am an alien but have proof that I am not because my Mum told me that she had to have a drug to ease the pain as she gave birth to me..... so that answered my question.
2) Sheldon doesn't know how to utilise the basic human functions in social situations like a greeting for a civil conversation without making the other person feel like they want to kill him; I'm not very good in social enviroments but that's because I'm an introvert and become very drained when I'm around people.
Also, I don't enjoy parties because I stutter and literally have no idea what to say to people who I don't know.
3) He is obsessively enthusiastic about the fantasy and sci fi world so I'm thinking that he is subconsciously trying to connect or familairise himself with fellow aliens and their life stories. But then, I love lots of geeky things and I know a lot of other people do too and we can't all be aliens as I believe if we were then we wouldn't look like human beings which is another question I pose; why does the Doctor look human?
This may be a pointless post and a complete waste of my time but I wanted to share a little piece of my mind and what I think about when I'm alone.

Edward Scissorhands review!
Hello fellow readers,
After watching Edward Scissorhands it is now in my collection of favourite things ever! It becomes much more than just another Tim Burton film because his films are never just another film.
They are created with such creativity, imagination, passion, dedication and a unigue vision that makes this one extra special.
The premise that the film successfully manages to tell the audience is how a person would feel if they felt like they didn't belong somewhere which in this case is clearly exaggerated with Edward having scissors for hands. But the basic story is there which is told in such a weird but utterly magical way that I couldn't help but want to become Edward's friend and slap Kim's insane boyfriend round the face with a wet fish.
I think the relationship between Edward and Kim was a truthful and beautiful one that didn't feel predictable but felt that these characters genuinely loved one another.
Johnny Depp's performance was strangely innocent and somehow managed to express what Edward was feeling in his face without having to hardly move his a single muscle at all.
The ending I think was an honest conclusion and the realisation that Edward would be safer in an enviroment that only he knows and is comfortable with brought a satisfying sigh to me as I knew that he would be alright.
Kim's decision to lie to the whole town and tell them that Edward was dead was a courageous and selfish act which I think developed her character because it meant she knew she would never be able to be with Edward in the future.
A weird, imaginative and incredible piece of creativity and art = EPIC AND AWESOME!

Batman - Assault on Arkham
Hi everyone,
I just watched the trailer for the DC's next animated film after Son of Batman. Obviously from the title of my post it's called Batman - Assault on Arkham. This movie features the Suicide Squad, consisting of Deadshot, Killer Croc, Killer Frost, Firefly, Captain Boomerang and everybody's favorite Harley Quinn stopping a bomb that the Joker has planted somewhere in Gotham.
This movie is actually set in the same world as the Arkham series of video games. I guess this must of happened between Origins and Asylum. I love the video games and can't wait for Arkham Knight to come out which is when I guess this film will be released to coincide with Rocksteady's last Arkham game (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!).
Lastly I'm glad that Kevin Conroy returns to voice Batman once more. Enjoy my friends.

Skulduggery book 9 title revealed!!!
Hello all,
I am shaking and trembling at the news that the title of the last ever Skulduggery book has finally been revealed.
Derek's thoughts and ideas behind it can be found on his blog which is on on the Skulduggery Pleasant website.
I liked his approach to the title when he discussed why he wanted it to rhyme and the fact that he needed a title that would feel like a final and epic one to polish off the last chapter of the whole story.
Now I will stop muttering on because I know that if you are a Skulbug like me; you just want to know what the title is.... soo..... here it is.....................
Skulduggery book 9= The dying of the Light!
I think some of my favourite characters are going to die.......... I must steal one of Derek's cat; have my revenge for this and also the fact that he killed Ghastly in a ghastly fashion in the Last Stand of Dead Men.

Buffy review of episode 'Crush'.
Hello again,
Recently, I've been watching season 5 of Buffy; not in order but ones that I feel I haven't engrossed myself in for a while.
And this episode has surely engrossed me and moulded my face into a permanent expression of laughter.
Crush focuses on Spike's ever increasing and dangerously twisted love for Buffy. Very rarely does a Buffy story open with the gang having actual happy times; dancing, laughing and making jokes.
I always feel like Buffy herself holds back with her friends; if I had Scoobies as friends, I'd be planning days out everyday of the week.
Spike is I think always at his best when he tries to act like a cool hunk of a guy when really he ends up acting like an awkward teenager who creates a date which consists of slaying a couple of pathetic vampires and offering her some bourbon out of his flask.
Buffy's reaction was just simply brilliant- " Ewwww".
Drusilla's reappearance was a great edition to the story and tied in well with the Angel crossover.
Her character always make for an epic villain with her insanity and utter scariness when in vamp form. The song 'Keys' by Devics really captures the character of the terrible twosome as they prowl at the Bronze.
The fact that Spike told Buffy he would let Drusilla loose on her if she didn't admit to some feeling between them was unbelievably twisted, and he wonders why she couldn't love him.
The contrast between that story and the development of Joyce's story begins to flow along nicely as her daughters taunt her about her date with Brian.
I love watching their relationship with her and each other and cherish those moments when everything is warm, funny and happy.
I did find it rather odd that Spike ended up drinking the blood of a girl Drusilla killed.but for some reason Buffy didn't decide to kill her even though she knows the dreadful things she has done.
I kind of feel like if Buffy wanted Spike out of her life she could have just staked him. She said it herself that the only reason he hasn't killed anyone is because of the chip in his brain. I think it's because she can see that he's changing and could do some real good.
That's what I adore about this show; the characters are so complicated and unpredictable that you think you know them and then the choices they make completely throw you, to the point where you're like, "What the hell just happened"?!
Forever love the Scoobies!!

Review of the Postman Pat movie trailer!
Hello there,
I've just seen the trailer for the Postman Pat movie and I feel myself thinking, "meh". It's not that I don't like Postman Pat; I do I LOVE Postman Pat, I used to watch it all the time when I was little.
But, I just felt like there wasn't really a story there; all it looked like to me was an animated version of all the Talent shows that I hate. Seeing characters that were clearly meant to Simon Cowell and the other judges just made me want to huff and puff like the magic dragon.
Also, the voices of the characters and particularly Pat himself; they didn't really work together or connect with the persona from the original series.
The animation was rather bold and simple which I think is why the characters lack something; they look very one dimensional.
However, there were some great highlights that were memorable to me like a Dalek chasing an elderly woman in a house shouting, " You will accept" over and over. I think that Nicholas Briggs should have been asked to be the voice for this Dalek just so that it sounded like a real, scary one!
The voice of this one was just an annoying computer like sounded like it had malfunctioned and been put on a loop.
Another highlight for me was hearing David Tennant's voice; now he is my favourite doctor and even though he has reverted back to his Scottish heritage I never grow tired of listening to awesomeness of his accent.
My first impression = meh
But watch it for yourself and see what you think! =)

X-Men: Days Of Future Past - 3rd Full Trailer!
People may be hating on this film before they've even seen it but judging by the last two trailers I'm going to be a bit more positive. This actually looks quite good and there's certainly plenty of action to look forward to!
Here's the third full trailer featuring tons of new footage to feast your eyes on!
