As I have never seen Firefly; I know cult lovers are at this moment saying, 'What the hell"? but for me my loyalty and love only goes to the Buffyverse where in this compilation each character is given their most brillant compliments that made them so great and truly iconic.

There's a cool poll to vote for your favourite where unsurprisingly Buffy Summers come out on top and so well deserved too.
Spike came second and my all time favourite character Willow Rosenberg came in an incredible third place.
I was surprised that Wesley Wyndam- Pryce came in close second to Buffy but then thinking about it his development from when he first appeared in Buffy to his death in Angel his character is one of the most evolved and treasured of them all.
All I have to say is; where is Fred? She deserves to be on this list, come on she does, she really, really does, where's Fred?????????

Skulduggery book 9 cover released!!!!!!!!!!

Derek Landy, the genius behind the Skulduggery book series has just released the artwork for his last book of the series- The Dying of the Light!
What a brilliant and creative brain Tom Percival has (he's the illustrator of the Skulduugery books) and he is awesome!

I know this isn't really a cult related film but I'm a big fan of animation and I thought this was a brilliant and funny film that will be coming to cinemas next year!

Also, Jim Parsons (Sheldon) voices the alien, 'Oh'- pretty cool, enjoy!

Doctor Who series 8 filming, should photos be posted online?

Hello there,

After recently discovering some tantalising photos of the latest Doctor Who episode to be filmed I thought to myself would it be better if we didn't have all these spoilers and speculations about upcoming stories because it's nice to leave it to your imagination and be blown away when you see the new trailer for the very first time!

Personally, as long as there isn't any detailed descriptions of the stories then I think it's quite nice to be given a taster of great things to come where you as a fan you can create your own ideas about what particularly is going on in that spoiler photo.

However, I do like to be surprised and not have any clue what's going to come along next so I think the constant stream of photos of the new series can be rather annoying but then no one forces me to look at the spoiler photos, they really are rather considerate because some websites even have the the word 'show' which you can press if you actually do want to read the spoilers.

I do like to tease myself and be like 'oh what could that mean'? or 'who's that'? but I wouldn't want to know anything in detail because you want to have that experience of having your heart beating out of your chest because it's new Doctor Who so hey hoo tease but not spoil the Doctor Who experience is my motto!

Star Wars Ep VII - Casting News & Photos

So yet another late post here about the casting of both Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones) and Lupita Nyong'o (12 Years a Slave) in the seventh outing of Star Wars being directed by J.J. Abrams. Excellent news for those of us wanting great actors, let's just hope this is more classic SW and not prequel quality.

The most recent news separate to casting today was the unfortunate info that Han Solo himself Harrison Ford was rushed to hospital by helicopter after somehow crushing his ankle by what was said to be a garage door... Hope he gets better quick!

Dumb And Dumber To - First Official Trailer!

I have to admit that I haven't seen the first Dumb and Dumber movie for years but watching this trailer for the sequel brings back a lot of crazy memories, and to be honest although films like this aren't always my bag I'm loving it just from this trailer. :)

Terminator Genesis - On Set Photos!

Below are some leaked on-set photos of Arnold Schwarzenegger (an older Terminator), Emilia Clarke (Sarah Connor), and Jai Courtney (Kyle Reese).

So far there aren't a lot of new details abut this new Terminator film (other than what I've psted about before like Matt Smith, Myles Dyson's son etc) but it's recently been stated that the storyline interjects with the original 1984 Terminator movie with both younger and older versions of the T-800 cyborg and interesting time-travel based twists throughout.
