A new trailer here for 24: Live Another Day.
The high-octane saga reunites the Emmy Award-winning team of executive producer Howard Gordon; star and executive producer Kiefer Sutherland; co-creator Robert Cochran; executive producers, Evan Katz, Manny Coto, David Fury, Brian Grazer and director Jon Cassar. It also will retain the real-time, pulse-pounding, fast-paced format with split screens and interweaving storylines. Set and shot in London, the suspenseful event series once again will follow the exploits of heroic agent Jack Bauer.
Four years ago, Jack was a fugitive from justice. Now an exile, he nevertheless is willing to risk his life and freedom to avert yet another global disaster. Tracking Jack are CIA head Steve Harris; CIA agent Kate Morgan, who is both resourceful and ruthless; Jordan Reed, a smart and sophisticated CIA computer tech; and Erik Ritter, a sharp, strong and arrogant field operative. Calling the shots is James Heller, now President of the United States. Heller is flanked by his Chief of Staff Mark Boudreau, who is married to Heller’s daughter — Jack’s former flame, Audrey. Meanwhile, a hardened Chloe O’Brian, Bauer’s CTU confidante, is now working underground with high-profile hacker Adrian Cros.

Luc Besson's newest movie is 'Lucy' - Set in a futuristic world that is run by the mob, street gangs, drug addicts and corrupted cops, Lucy (Scarlett Johansson), a woman living in Taipei, Taiwan, 2069 AD, works as a drug mule for the mob. The drug she inadvertently takes goes into her system, changing her into a metahuman. She can absorb knowledge instantaneously, is able to move objects with her mind and can't feel pain and other discomforts.

Stonebanks subsequently became a ruthless arms trader and someone who Barney was forced to kill… or so he thought. Stonebanks, who eluded death once before, now is making it his mission to end The Expendables — but Barney has other plans. Barney decides that he has to fight old blood with new blood, and brings in a new era of Expendables team members, recruiting individuals who are younger, faster and more tech-savvy. The latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables’ most personal battle yet.

Minor Movie And TV News Round Up!
I haven't posted in a few weeks yet again so I'm playing catch up with all the movie and TV news. Below you'll find some minor news stories and later on I'll post up the bigger ones individually. :)
The Hollywood Reporter broke the news last week that Peter Mayhew is set to return to his role as Chewbacca in the upcoming seventh Star Wars movie alongside his old buddies Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford. Mayhew is now 69 years old and suffers from knee problems but there's no one else that could pull off our Chewbacca and his various mannerisms on screen so it's great to have him back in his most iconic furry role!
During an interview with TMZ recently director Richard Donner let slip that a Goonies was getting a sequel and that he was hoping that the original cast would agree to return... This is epic news for me as Goonies was a defining factor of my childhood (I even watched it again on TV the other night when it was on) so let's hope this is true and they don't mess it up!

Toby Kebbell Playing Doctor Doom In Fantastic Four Reboot?
Although is was a rumour a few weeks ago it seems that British actor Toby Kebbell (Wrath of the Titans) has been hired to play Doctor Victor Von Doom in the new Fantastic Four reboot and he himself confirmed his role via Twitter yesterday. A strange casting choice, but then the whole movie is littered with strange casting choices so we'll have to wait and see what we get out of this one!
