Timeless - New 2 Hour Finale Replaces A 3rd Season After Cancellation

In bonus news for Timeless fans like me we've just heard that a deal has been struck to create a 2 hour finale/mini movie that will finish off the cliffhanger story-line at the end of season 2 after NBC cancelled the show (for a second time!) and scuppered any chances for a 3rd season. It's not the news us fans wanted, but it's good news nonetheless. Loved this show! :D

Disenchantment - Introducing: Dreamland, Bean, Elfo, & Luci - Videos + Pics

Matt Groening, of Simpsons and Futurama fame, has a new show coming out on Netflix soon called 'Disenchantment'. I've posted up stuff about it before but now you have a few introductory videos via Youtube to start you off and whet your appetites for a new cartoon to binge-watch while we all wait for Rick and Morty to return!

VENOM - 2nd Trailer

Well then... This looks a hell of a lot better than the first trailer and dispels all of those internet rumours and worries about us not seeing much of the Venom symbiote in the film. Wow.

Enjoy!

Christopher Robin - Final Trailer

The final trailer for Disney's Christopher Robin film is here, and it still looks adorable.

I'm not ashamed to say that the first trailer, where we first heard Pooh's instantly recognisable voice, brought a tear to my eye, and now that we've seen and heard almost all the classic characters this looks to be an unmissable cinema outing for any Winnie the Pooh fan and their children. Love it.

Enjoy!

Alita: Battle Angel - Trailer 2

The 2nd trailer for the strange yet wonderful looking Alita: Battle Angel movie is here.

I know nothing about this film apart from what's been in the trailer (I don't watch anime or read manga which this live-action outing is based on) but it seems to be very much like the 2017 Ghost in the Shell release...

Enjoy!

New Season Trailers For The Orville, The Gifted, Arrow, The Flash, Legends, Supergirl, And Disenchantment

SDCC trailers here for The Orville season 2, The Gifted season 2, Arrow season 7, The Flash season 5, Legends season 4, Supergirl season 4, And Disenchantment season 1.

Some of the trailers re-hash a lot of old season footage, Supergirl, I'm looking at you, but others give us a whole bunch of new stuff to look upon and look forward to as well.

I personally can't wait for The Orville season 2 as this was one of my favourite new shows from the last few years. The others I just carry on with regardless. The last trailer here, 'Disenchantment', is Matt Groeing's (of Simpsons and Futurama fame) new animated series and may be one to look forward to this year.

Enjoy!

Well, holy crap. I might just have had some serious goosebumps for a couple of these new SDCC trailers released within the last few hours!

We have below Aquaman, Shazam!, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald!

Star Trek: Discovery Season 2 - Trailer

I absolutely loved the first season of Star Trek: Discovery and those last few seconds when we heard that The Enterprise with Captain Pike had arrived was spine-tingling for a Trekker like me!

So now the season 2 trailer shows us that Pike isn't just a cameo, but he's taking over as Captain of Discovery and to be honest I think actor Anson Mount (Black Bolt from Marvel's unsuccessful Inhumans series) looks and sounds perfect in the role. Previously seen in both the old 60's series and the 2009 reboot movies they've chosen someone who we instantly recognise as Captain Pike and I can't wait to see what weird changes they'll make to the Star Trek universe and timeline this season.

Glass - First Full Trailer

We finally have the trailer, aired at SDCC today, from the upcoming Unbreakable/Split universe movie 'Glass' starring Bruce Willis, Anya Taylor-Joy, James McAvoy, and of course Samuel L. Jackson.

Directed By: M. Night Shyamalan

Synopsis: Security guard David Dunn uses his supernatural abilities to track Kevin Wendell Crumb, a disturbed man who has 24 personalities.

Rugrats Cartoon Reboot And CG Movie News

Yes, it's true 90's fans, Rugrats is getting the cartoon reboot treatment along with a new hybrid live-action/CGI movie...

The new cartoon is reported to be 26 episodes with the original creators coming back as executive producers, but no word yet on the voice cast. The movie, set for 2020, will feature computer-generated characters, but no other news on that yet.

New Images From Shazam, Aquaman, And Doctor Who

A few images here from the Shazam and Aquaman movie and then a few from the new Doctor Who series, along with her new, rather tongue-in-cheek, sonic screwdriver from Character Toys.

New Pics From Netflix's She-Ra Animated TV Show

If you grew up in the 80's like me then He-Man and She-Ra were cartoons that you no doubt loved and collected many an action figure from. He-Man had some animated reboots and new figures have done the rounds but now Netflix and Dreamworks Animation have decided to reboot the She-Ra cartoon, with a very different animation style.

It's been heavily criticised online so far in the way it looks (very anime?), especially The Princess of Power herself, and I'm pretty sure it won't be a massive hit, but hey, I'm all for it.

And the 1980's original...

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Revived For One Last Season - Trailer

Amazing news for Star Wars fans as it was announced at San Diego Comic Con yesterday that the CG animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, which was cancelled to make way for Star Wars: Rebels back in 2013, has been given life once more and will be back for one final season.

The new season will cover The Siege of Mandalore, a story arc that focuses on Ahsoka Tano and her relationship with the Jedi Order in addition to concluding the series’ eighth season. Unfortunately it may not be available to everyone as it'll be on the new Disney streaming service, which has no launch date as of now. Still, it's great news.

Jodie Whittaker Doctor Who - First Trailer

The new Doctor is in the house!

TITANS - Official First Trailer

I'm a huge DC Comics fan, but I really don't know about this new Titans TV show. This first trailer that just dropped via San Diego Comic Con doesn't give me much hope that it'll be worth watching. :/

Movie And TV News Roundup Of The Month - SUPER-MEGAPOST!!!!

Yet again I've been too busy to be able to post all the stuff below before today. But better late than never!

Enjoy!

Invincible Animated Series Coming To Amazon!

As it's one of my favourite comic series' ever made I was super-happy to find out last month that Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, & Ryan Ottley's Invincible (from Image Comics) will be adapted into an animated series by Amazon as part of Kirkman's overall development deal with them, according to Deadline.

Teen Titans' Simon Racioppa will serve as Invincible's showrunner, while Kirkman himself will act as one of the show's executive producers.

A film adaptation of Invincible from Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg was announced in April 2017, but nothing has been heard since.

Lucifer Revived By Netflix After Cancellation By Fox

A few shows that didn't deserve to be cancelled got the revive treatment recently (Timeless for a second season before being terminated again being one I am devastated about!) and one of these was Fox's 'Lucifer'. Lickily Netflix listened to the fan outrage and picked it up for themselves with a 4th season. Netflix has done this a few times now and truly seems to be giving TV fans an extra season or two to finish storylines and character arcs, just a shame they weren't around in the Firefly days!

Leaked Avengers 4 Artwork?

Below are a slew of photos that popped up online last month showing characters and costumes for the upcoming 4th Avengers movie (and the Captain Marvel movie it seems). Looks pretty real to me!

Sarah Connor Is Back In New Terminator Movie

As you can see from the pic above Linda Hamilton was on the set of the new James Cameron Terminator move reprising her iconic role as Sarah Connor from the first two films. The new outing is said to totally ignore all other Terminator movies after Terminator 2: Judgement Day to create a real sequel to the Cameron versions, not the terrible sequels we got.

Teen Titans, Venom, Shazam, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Aquaman, Wonder Woman 1984, & Glass, First Official Images

A few pics here from the upcoming Teen Titans TV show (Robin), two from Venom, one of Shazam with his buddy Freddy Freeman, then two from the Godzilla sequel King of the Monsters, an image of the Fisherman King from Aquaman, along with the new poster, two more from Wonder Woman 1984 with Diana and then Cheetah (in human form) and then finally some images from Glass, the next movie in the Unbreakable/Split movie universe... Phew.

First Image Of Black Manta From Aquaman Via New Statue

The title says it all...

New Trailers

I won't say what each video is as it's been a long post and you can see the name of each one on the embedded video anyway! :P

And an added bonus... Just watch, this is cool! - Batman Dance Party By Monster Truck Ninja!
