10 years ago Hasbro released the Mighty Muggs range featuring a huge line up of characters from both the Marvel and Star Wars universes, and I collected the entire lot! Below are the newly rebooted range now featuring changeable faces when you push on their head! WANT! :D

Star Wars R2-D2 Life Size Monument Vintage Kenner Action Figure By Gentle Giant

This is slightly old news but worth posting nonetheless.

Gentle Giant are making a life size version of the old Kenner action figure of R2-D2. Personally I still have my original figure in pristine condition and I actually have a life size R2-D2 too, albeit a real looking one and not one based on the Kenner toy range, but this is something I'd love to own.

R2 is due in July 2018 and is going for about $3199 to $3999 in the U.S. and roughly £1766 to £2225 in the UK.

That's one hell of an investment, but an amazing item to own at 3.5 feet tall and with a rotatable head that clicks like the original figure.

Mission Impossible: Fallout - First Images

The best intentions often come back to haunt you. MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.

I've always loved the M.I. movies so this will hopefully be another to look forward to!

Set for release July 2018.

Ant-Man And The Wasp - First Teaser Trailer!

The first teaser trailer for the Ant-Man and The Wasp movie just dropped and it's awesome!

The sequel to the 2015 Ant-Man movie (which just so happens to be one of my personal favourite Marvel movies) follows up on the original film and post Civil War story line with Scott, Hank and Hope on the run in what looks to be an action packed and funny outing once again. I can't express how much I'm looking forward to this when it's released this Summer!

Captain Marvel - First Pics Of Brie Larson In Costume

This past week the first on set and behind the scenes images of Brie Larson suited up in both her Air Force flight suit and Captain Marvel costume surfaced.

The teal/green costume isn't unexpected considering the original Captian Marvel comic backstory where Carol Danvers gets her powers from the Kree warrior 'Genis-Vell/Mar-Vell' and the Kree all wear green. So this could be her initial outfit she inherits before we eventually see the red, blue and gold that was shown in artwork for this film and for Avengers 4.

Supposedly the backstory is going to be completely re-written so Carol may end up actually being a pink-skinned Kree like Genis, or inhuman, or something completely different, instead of just being 100% human to start with, but we'll no doubt find that out later on down the line. For now this is yet another Marvel movie to look forward to and a new super-powerful Avenger to add to the Infinity War sequel!

Funko - New Products Announced At Toy Fair 2018

I'm a Funko fanatic and collect various products from their multitude of vinyl/figure ranges, and Toyfair 2018 has just passed so we've had some new and exciting announcements for release this year.
